Jennie Kim
This all felt unbelievable to me, I mean it's not everyday that you die and come back alive. With an advantage of friends being there, understanding the situation.
I still am confused, lost and stressed about this miracle, it's like it's eating me from inside.
This made me remember my mother's words,
"Miracles come to those who deserve them"
Is this a miracle for me or Lisa?
Am I happy? Yes.
Is she happy? Yes.
We were currently all gathered in the living room, Jisoo was drinking followed by Rosé and Lisa digging bags of chips, whereas I was in complete silence.
"Jennie?" Jisoo's voice shook me.
Jisoo was a senior and apparently my best friend.
We have been distant today and she was scared to see me at first, but you can't blame her for the abrupt sight.
"My bud isn't eating anything, what's wrong?"
Everything, ya idiot.
"I just....need.....some space" I quickly excused myself to my room, I could feel their hot gazes on my body, which was still bruised by the accident few days ago.
I quickly shut my door and slid down besides it, my back hurt like the rusting of iron.
I heard footsteps immediately following me, those heavy foot steps were quite predictable.
The knocks on the door eventually made me soft.
"Jennie? Can I come in?" Her voice seemed to calm my paranoid self down.
I was not sure what I was depressed about, shouldn't I be happy?
"C-come in" I got up from the floor and sat on the bed.
There she was, popping her little head from the gap that screeched open.
"What's wrong?" She asked, leaning against the wall.
I swear her every action is hot.
"I'm not quite sure myself" I sighed and ruffled my hair, annoyed.
I felt a strong grip on my wrist, her touch was so soothing for a mess like me.
"They're waiting for you" I blinked a few times, trying to take in what she said.
"I don't have any energy right now Lisa, I need to get this stress out of me somehow" I plopped down on the bed.
She cleared her throat, "that's why they're waiting" I slightly opened my eyes and saw Lisa smiling from the corner of my eye,
"They will help you"
Lisa Manoban
Rosé took Jennie to the other room with Jisoo and me trying to eavesdrop their conversation.
Apparently, rosé became a therapist.
In three damn years.
It's so unexpected and sudden.
It runs in her family I guess.
Her dad, maternal uncle and her cousin are all therapists.
"Psst, are the Walls soundproof?" Jisoo nudged my elbow, startling me a little.
"I'm not sure, I guess?" I replied, shrugging.
"THEY'RE NOT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING!" Jisoo whisper yelled, causing me to put my hand Over her large mouth.
"Keep it down cookie monster!" I whispered back.
It was then, when we heard the talking session talk.
Jennie Kim
Rosé, the most elegant name I heard of, the most kind girl you'll ever cross paths with.
She gently laid me down on the bed and dragged a chair besides me.
"So Jennie, let's start off with your thoughts"
"My thoughts?"
"Blurt out whatever comes to your mind"
"My thoughts, they're pretty messed up. I can't seem to be cheerful like I was used to be before. I'm a human now, I have a full human body. Shouldn't I be happy? It makes me more stressed. How? Why? These questions pop up. I don't know how I turned back human but I can assure you that it's probably crazy. I came back for Lisa, made her go through absolute crap yet still became human. For her. For her presence. For her love"
I glanced over at Rosé, what was scribbling my words onto her notepad
"I think I have the answer" She winked.
"God chaeyoung, you used to be the lost one and here you are now," I smiled,
"Helping lost people"
