Hollands POV

(It's the same day as last chapter)

Arriving at the cottage gave me major childhood feels. Even though this cottage has changed a lot since I was little (I actually paid for the cottage to be expanded and renewed), it brings back a lot of memories.

Everyone was settling in in their bedrooms. Me and Dylan, who shared my parents bedroom was placing all our clothes in the closets.

We didn't actually know how long we'd be staying, but it's nice to have your clothes out of the suitcase.

The trip out here was long, first a 3 hour long flight and then another 1 and half hour drive from the airport to my cottage up on the Snow King mountain.

There's a good layer of snow already settled up here and it makes the Christmas feels sneaking up on me.

"Done." Dylan says and leans his hands on his hips.

He seems really satisfied with himself standing in front of his closet.

I smile at him. "I have more clothes." I say.

"What's the time?" Dylan asks, ignoring my statement.

"Oh... good question, I don't know." I answered, putting in the last jumper in my closet and closing it.

I pick up my phone from the bed and check the time. I know this day have been so packed and flown away so fast.

"7pm, wow... it's my birthday in 5 hours." I say and look at Dylan.

He raises his eyebrows and starts walking towards me. He grabs my waist and I wrap my arms around him.

"You're right, have you got anything you wish to do tomorrow?" He asks.

"Hmmm... they do have a spa at the resort." I suggest.

"Ooooh, sounds fun. Maybe you and the girls should go first thing in the morning." He says, and strokes his thumb down my cheek.

"Yeah..." I say and get lost in his eyes. I shift my look down to his lips. His lips forms a beautiful smile.

"I really want to kiss you... haven't felt your lips since-" Dylan started saying, but I interrupted him and kissed him.

It was like he was reading my mind. I missed his lips too. And he was right, we haven't kissed since he woke up from the coma.

We made out for a couple of seconds and I still get those butterflies in my stomach every time our lips touches.

We break, but I still have my eyes closed resting my forehead against his.

"I've missed kissing you." I whisper.

"I've missed kissing you too." He answered.

We stand in silence for what feels like a minute before someone knocks on our open door.
