It's was just another average day. Sapphire awoke from her bed her messy long brown hair and her lazy half shut green eyes saw the glimmer of sunlight through the curtain of the living room she slept in. You see sapphire and her mum were told to move out of there home a couple weeks before and now they are in a one bedroom hostel. She looks around to see the usual alcohol bottle stash on the green marble floor next the chair in the Corner of the room. She stood up on the freezing floor sending chills through her body. She shuffled to get her usual school unifrom from the folded up dining table. And before she could even reach it she heard her mum call her name. "Sapphire, make sure when you get back you do the washing up and hover your uncle will be round later" whispered the mum focusing in and out of consciousness", yes mum I'll make sure it's done" and with that sapphire put on her school uniform a black skirt that came down to her knee and her baggy handy down white shirt with a lime green tie and a black blazer. She grabbed her headphones and her iPod touch and started to walk to school she'd always meet her friends on the way they're and they'd walk up a long hill but it wasn't to far. Or so it felt to her she was average height and weight with long flowing brown hair and the dark green eyes like ripe grass. She has average bust for a 14 year old maybe a tad bigger and little freckles across her nose onto her checks. Her friends constantly told her she was beautiful, however she never felt that way. She was skinny because she rarely ate. Her hair was long because it hadn't been cut in months. She saw herself as fat. She hated her figure and was disgusting my her face but she learnt that life isn't always kind. As she lived with an alcoholic mother who abused her for many months. Until they moved to a new place. And that's where this story starts
