There is Still Hope

As soon as I wake up I make lemonade, bacon, eggs, and toast. It turns out, I had to put cheese in Harry's scrambled eggs. I never knew that so I made him another batch.

"You never said good morning." I tease when I'm cooking.

"Well good morning." he's in a bad mood.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm tired." he rubs his face.

"You didn't have to wake up when I did."

"I know. I wanted to see you." he comes in the kitchen and wraps his arms around me.

"Don't burn yourself." I turn around and kiss him.

"I won't baby."

I run back around and put the eggs on the plate. He unwraps his arms and jumps on the couch.

"Did we miss Modern Family last night?" he barely turns his head but his eyes on the TV.

"No, we watched it in Thursday. Remember?" I walk to the couch and gives him the eggs. He devours them in less than five minutes.

"You were hungry weren't you?" I widen my eyes.

"He.ll yeah I was."

"Did I take long."

"Not too long."

"Okay, good. I hope you weren't too, hungry."

"No, no."

"Um, I'm gonna go to the store."

"Okay, I'll be the couch potato."

I laugh and walk upstairs and get dressed. I go into the kitchen and see what we need when I see a wedding invitation.

"Harry." I say focused on the date. It's today.

"Yes."

"I see that we have a wedding for Aisleen today."

"We do?" he gets up and looks at the card.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I forgot." he scratches the back of his neck

"Well we better go find something to wear."i say.

"I don't want to."

"Harry you have to."

"Fine."

We get into the car and drive to Nordstrom. I found a short teal dress with slight sparkles on the upper part. They didn't have any suits so we went to Joseph A. Bank. Harry pretty muck took the first on he saw. We got back home and I looked at the time. It was already three pm! The wedding started at 5:30! I hurried and put on the dress and curled my hair. Harry took no time at all and we left at about five. The wedding was at a reception hall only about ten minutes away. Thank god it wasn't far. I ask someone where Aisleen was and they said in the dressing room. There I saw her nervous as can be. She had on a beautiful dress. It was white and it had jewels that covered the neckline then faded off.

"Wow, you look gorgeous." I'm speechless.

"Thanks." She says fast.

"Um, calm down." I sit her down.

"What time is it?" she ask.

"Time for you to get married." I joke.

She laughs.Then sighs in concentration. "I'm ready."

"Ok then." I hug her. "I'll go."

"Bye."

"Goodbye." I slightly close the door and bump into Harry.

"Do you wanna go now."

"No."

"I meant down stairs."

"Oh. Ok."
