Two Worlds

Rico and Clara were too much involved and in love each other. A couple of days gone since they had that hard conversation at the Porpoise's Corner and everything between them just intensified. They met every day and just wanted to be together more and more. The myth's plan to keep as much humanized as possible to be close without their body reacted provoking a bloody battle, was a successful. 

Clara's parents keep up the couple discreetly. The elders-leaders were informed about their new relationship and have decided that until something really significant happen, they would be just watching them and Clara thought it was a reasonable decision once considered all circumstances. Even her friends have accepted her relationship with the myth naturally and nothing could let her happier and connected with them than this so friendly gesture.  

Rico tested his limits and found out that the higher his human percentage longer time he and Clara got to suppress their instincts. That was what he did. He opened space to his human side predominate, but he had some problems because of that. He needed to energize his legend to preserve his people. Whole Chimera started to feel the effect of his choice. Rico tried to find a way to adjust the needs of his offspring with no serious consequences.  

He didn't want to be target of an animist hunt, but most of all, he didn't want to put his girl in a hard situation where she would have to choice because no doubt he would be out of her life.  

Put all his myth-sources outta Chimera was a high risk. A lot of deaths would occur and it would be considered such as massacre, what it'd spoil everything between him and Clara. He could search for his own type of energizing and repassed it to his community members, but for that he had to stop to humanize himself and that meant to keep distance from Clara for a long time. 

There was a way, but he would need some help. Rico thought he was driving crazy to do what he is going to do. However, it was the better way at the moment.  

From the top of the trees, Rico watched the animists running through the woods. He wishes that Clara wasn't together them, but she was. The myth mumbled swearwords when he saw her. Rico hoped she could be inside Valley today, but of course not. They were chased hunters who were hunting ounce's skin to sell in the black market. So, their job was undo traps and clear the way to the wild animals letting them free from dangerous.  

Considering their hurry for sure there was some serious problem, but he had no time, so Rico jump down in front of them stopping them abruptly. Both, animists and myth, stepped back some steps.  

Clara step further very surprised by his presence over there. Before she could say something Rico says.  

"I have to talk to your leader."

"Rico, what's going on?" 

"Things from my world. Where is the leader?" 

"He is in another command. We can ask him to come to you later."  

Rico nodded, but warned "It's urgent. Ask him to come today." 

The animist girl looked to him amazed because she thought if he needed something, just would look for her. He noticed that she was worried but only later they could talk alone.  

"I'll be at the Porpoise's Conner in the evening."  

He was leaving when detected a mythical energizing sign. Some myth-leader from other strain was attacking nearby. Rico focused his eyes to the right side where was coming the human energy chain, it was light and tearful.
