Now the fun truly begins....

Percy POV

My plan worked. After a plate of deer and veggies and a couple slices of cake Nico, Jason, and Gaia weren't glaring or looking at anyone suspiciously. In fact now they were joking and telling stories. When Gaia was in the middle of telling them how she taught me to use throwing knives when the darkness camp. Jason yelped causing me to laugh.

"Shut up Percy. " he mumbled. I smiled and stepped closer to them. This darkness felt different.  Colder but more welcoming. I smiled into it. Nico tensed beside me.

"What's wrong?" I questioned.

"nothing" he said carefully but his tone said otherwise.  I was gitting bored when I heard Nico suck in a breath.

"Percy step back" he said slowly. I obeyed and he stepped in front of me. We stood there in silence,  just waiting. I felt the familier chill and heard Nico step back. I relished the feeling but something was different. I could feel the darkness around me like a warm blanket. My eyelids began to feel heavy.

"Percy are you okay?" I heard Nico say nervously.

"Yeah just tired" I slurred before I lost what senses I had.

Nico POV

When the er place went black I stood up. Once my eyes adjusted Percy was laughing at Jason. I saw the shadow making it's way here. The thing was huge!

"Percy step back" I said carefully before stepping in front of him. It was no good. Before I could react the shadow turned around me and straight into Percy. Percy stumbled as his eyes flashed.

"Percy are you okay?" I asked. He nodded and I saw his eyes. The pupils seemed to be flowing out into the rest of his eye. His eyelids seemed to be drooping as well.

"yeah just tired" he slurred as the blackness overtook the rest of the color in his eyes. Once the last bit of green was gone his eyes shut and he began to fall.

"Percy! " I yelped catching him before he hit the ground.

"What is wrong with him?" Gaia said as the light returned. We all blinked except for Percy who just laid there.

"Oh" she said as her eyes reached him.

"We have to get someone who can help" I could hear my voice rising.

"Apollo! if we take him to Apollo he may be able to figure out what happened. " Jason said. I glanced at Gaia.

"Only if you take me as well. I swaer it by the Styx that I will not betray you." The thunder rumbled as they both placed a hand on my shoulder.  Focusing I shadow-traveled to Olympus. Right in the middle of a meeting. With an ex war enemy and an unconscious war hero. Oh goody. Please note the freakin sarcasm.
