Chapter 9 Heart

Rin Boyle's POV

It wasn't long when we all heard Zuzu and Angie coming from a hidden hole in the building. Yugo was startled quickly when the two girls fell to the ground without a proper landing. Zuzu landed on her hiney while Angie landed on Zuzu herself. We rushed to their side fast

"What happened? Did you find Yuya?" Celina asked first. Angie got off of Zuzu when they both saw us "well no, but Roget has admitted that he did it" Angie explained. So Roget admitted that he kidnapped Yuya? But Zuzu doesn't feel excited as she got up "he admitted it? So why didn't he give Yuya back?" I asked. Angie bit her lip as Zuzu lowered her head "about that, I might half agree about why" she said. Half agree? Half agree with what? "What do you mean by that?" Yuto asked.

"At school. Yuya is the solid teflon, all the girls want him without recognizing his own feelings. Roget abducted him to lock him away. I don't think that's a very good idea though" Zuzu explained. 

So that's the reason. Roget thought keeping Yuya would help his anxiety...or so he thinks. Zuzu seems sad enough, maybe it's hitting her hard like a rock "Zuzu, are you ok?" I asked. Zuzu looked at me with tears close to getting off of her eyes "I don't know, I want to help Yuya, but I 'm worried about what will happen after we rescue him?" she asked. Angie puffed her cheeks hearing those words coming from Zuzu. I have to admit though, Zuzu is almost like this for our sister "well I don't like it. This is completely different from when I was homeschooled by my mother. This Roget guy is very cruel" she said. 

Yuto, Celina, Lulu, and Yugo looked at each other in a sad way. Yuto told us what he saw on the news. All I ever felt for was pity for poor Angie "I don't know Angie, it's nice that you still hold advice to your dead mother, but I can't put a finger on how we can get in there again" Yugo said. Celina and Lulu covered his mouth after what he said. Angie looked at us with a confused look on her face "wait, what do you mean 'my dead mother'? What are you talking about?" she asked us. 

Yuri looked at Yuto who sighed and went up to Angie "2 days ago, I saw something on the news. It said 'Patrica LaRosa found in her house dead with one handful of propoxyphene pills. Reports claim that the victim may have committed suicide for unknown reasons. Details soon to be found out'" Yuto explained. 

Angie put her right hand to her chest obviously feeling the pain inside "but there was nothing wrong with her life...we were happy" she said. I think she's starting to get tears into her eyes, but she seems to fight the urge to cry.

That's it, I can't just sit around and see my sisters and their friends suffer. I'm stepping in.

"Angie, I'm sorry that your mother died, but we can grieve for her later. Right now we have to rescue Yuya. He doesn't want a life kept contain in a cell. I don't care what Roget has to say. We are rescuing Yuya Sakaki no matter what!" I said. They looked at me with Zuzu stepping forward "how can you be sure Rin? What do we have?" she asked. What do we have? I know what we have.

"Something even Roget doesn't have. We gotta have it when trouble comes and with it, we'll fight no matter what obstacle comes at us" I said.

Rin: You gotta have a Heart! All you really need is Heart. When the odds are saying you'll never win. That's when the grin should start!

You gotta have hope, mustn't sit around and mope. Nothing's half as bad as is may appear. Wait until next year and hope.

When your luck is bad as zero, get your chin up off the floor. Mister you can be a hero. You can open any door there's nothing to it, but to do it...

Zuzu: (spoken) I get what you're trying to say, but in these numbers... (sings) A great leader, we haven't got

Lulu: A great school life, we haven't got

Celina: A great duel life, we haven't got

Yu brothers (except Yuya), Angie, and Bracelet sister (except Zuzu): What've we got? We got Heart! All you really need is heart. When the odds are saying 'you'll never win' that's when the grin should start.

We got hope! We don't sit around and mope. Not a solitary do we heave. Mister cause we got hope!

Lulu: We're so happy that we're humming

Yuto: Hum Hum Hum

Celina: That's the hearty thing to do

Yuri: Ho Ho Ho

Rin: Cause we know our ship will come in

Yugo: Hum Hum Hum

Angie: So it's ten years overdue

Yugo and Yuto: Hoo Hoo Hoo

All (except Zuzu): We got heart . Miles and miles and miles of heart. Oh it's fine to be a genius of course, but keep that old horse before the cart

Yugo: So what's the heck's the use of crying?

Yuri: Why should we curse?

Lulu: We gotta get better 

Celina: Cause we can't get worse

All (except Zuzu): And to add to it. We got Heart! We got Heart! We got Heart!

Rin: What've we got?

Zuzu: Heart?

Rin: What've we got?

Zuzu: Heart?!

Rin: What've we got!?

Rin: (spoken) That's the spirit!

Yugo: What've we got?

Yuri: What've we got?

Yuto: What've we got?

Yugo: (spoken) Look!

All: (spoken) What?

Yugo: (spoken) Soap-on-a-rope!

All: Da-da-da-da-da, etc. All we really need is heart.

Angie: Who minds those pop bottles flying?

Yuri: The hisses and boos

Zuzu, Lulu, and Rin: The team has been consistent

Celina: And we sometimes lose

All: But we're laughing cause, we got heart! We got heart! We got heart!

What've we got? We got Heart!

We all smiled. We're all better now. Now we get Yuya back.

"Hey uh before we go, where's Yusho?" Zuzu asked.
