Chapter 3

As soon as school let out, I bolted home. My new school was freaking me out, I wanted to uncover the history of Katport High School. When I got to my room I jumped onto my bed and opened up my laptop, pulling up google.

"Katport High School," I said as I typed it into the search bar. My stomach clenched as I pressed the enter key, I clicked on the first website that popped up. I scrolled up and down the page. Nothing. I clicked on the second link and again I couldn't find anything. I continued to search before a headline on my seventh site:

Senior Commits Suicide in Katport High School Biology Classroom.

"You have got to be fucking kidding me." I said.

February 19th, 2013 Senior at Katport High School was found dead in the Biology classroom in the Senior Commons. He was found by his best friend, Ashton Irwin. Mister Irwin refused to speak to the reporters nor the police but we have reports from other witnesses of the discovery. Nathan Grey explained to reporters that the class came into the room returning from lunch to find Irwin with the corpse in his arms. Grey says Ashton was crying uncontrollably because the two were "tighter than two ticks on a hound dogs ass." The student who committed suicide was an honors student in all IB classes with so much going for him, his reason for his actions are unknown, but some students from KHS don't believe it was an act of self harm, they believe it was murder. All students at KHS grieve from the loss of their fellow classmate. May he Rest in Peace."

I took in a deep breath as I looked at the photo of the boy who committed suicide at my high school. My heart stopped as I saw the familiar boy with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a piercing in his bottom lip.
