Hey humans. I've decided to take a break from Fallen Stars and instead attempt some fluff. So here's the plot.

This is an Au where the sides are friends and teens. __________________________ Virgil was walking home from school. The weather had turned cold and windy. Virgil almost disappeared in his hoodie since he forgot a heavier jacket at home. When he was halfway home, he heard whimpering. He followed the sound until he saw a mini golden doodle puppy curled up behind a tree. The puppy looked lost and cold. Virgil knew that he couldn't just leave it there alone. He picked up the dog and continued the walk home.
"Virgil, you're not going to keep the puppy, right?" his friend, Logan asked. "What? Of course not. I was just going to make posters or something in case anyone was looking..." Logan nodded. "But the pupper is so adorable." Patton, Virgil's other friend as well as Logan's boyfriend, protested. "I know but I can't take care if it." Virgil sighed. "But until someone calls about the puppy, we can all take care of it." Patton nodded excitedly and Logan agreed to help as well. That day, the trio made posters to hang up around town.
A week after the posters were put up, Virgil received a call. "Hello?" "Hi. Did you put up the found dog posters?" "Umm yeah. Why?" "Because my dog ran away a few weeks ago..." the voice on the other end paused after that. "Okay." Virgil responded. "I can set up a time for you to come pick her up." "Great." "Ummm can I text you details later?" I'm kinda busy now." "Sure. Also in case you needed to know, my name's Roman." "I'm Virgil." There was an awkward pause. "So...I'll get in touch with you later." Virgil said. "I'm looking forward to it." Roman responded. "Whoa, we literally just met, dude." "I know...but still" "What?"
The two of them kept bantering and joking for ten minutes. Virgil eyed his watch. "Okay. I really need to go now or I'll be on all night but I promise I'll text you info." "Alright. I don't want to keep you from whatever you're doing." "Thanks." "No problem. I'll see you soon. "See you soon." Virgil hung up and fell on his bed. He had no idea what he had gotten himself into.
