Snowbell didn't like to admit that she missed home. It wasn't exactly her family that she missed, it was more of the her house itself. She missed the rolling hills and her makeshift Quidditch field. She missed the clear lake near the edge of her property, but most of all she missed the night sky.

She hated having a curfew, so she couldn't ride a broom up to a high hill and stargaze from there. She missed flying over the small town near her home and watching the people turn their lights out. She longed to feel the brisk wind she felt when she zoomed through the night.

That's probably why she found the room. She had been in the third-floor corridor right before curfew. She loved the Gryffindor common room, but it was loud and all the seats were always filled. So, she found herself spending time elsewhere.

Contrary to what Snowbell says, she actually likes the outdoors (as long as it is not too hot or cold). The Irish girl adored a special spot under a tree by the lake where she did most of her homework. Since it was still early in the year it wouldn't get dark until late and that's how she normally lost track of time.

She was sprinting to her common room which was on the complete other side of the castle. Now was the worst time to get lost. She stood at the end of the hall completely frazzled. It was past curfew and the teachers were probably out patrolling.

               Tap. Tap. Tap.

"Shite..." the girl whispered. There was one now. She looked all around.

I need a place to hide. I need a place to hide. I REALLY need a place to hide. I need a-oh there's one.

How did she miss that broom cupboard? It was literally right there.

The redhead sprinted over and quietly shoved herself into the cupboard. She peeped out a small crack in the door and saw Professor Snape walk by. She would have been so screwed if she had been out there a moment longer.

The eleven-year-old sighed before opening the door again...only to be in a completely different area. The Gryffindor common room to be exact. "The hell..." She whipped around only to see a blank wall.

-.-.-

"I'm telling you it was here!" Snowbell said while gesturing at the wall in the third-floor corridor. Willow, Reginald, and Marina looked at her skeptically.

"Are you sure?" Willow asked calmly.

"Yes! It was right in the center there!"

"Bell, rooms don't just appear and disappear." Marina said.

"It's a magic castle!" the Irish girl threw her hands up in exasperation, "The stairs move and so do the paintings; shouldn't be logical that the rooms could move too?"

"That's not how physics works." Reginald chastised

"Screw physics, we have magic!" the redhead whipped out her wand and waved it around.

"Bell! Be careful." Willow said once she saw little orange sparks coming out of the tip of Bell's wand. "You could destroy this castle!"

-.-.-

Bell didn't like to be proven wrong so first time in her time at Hogwarts she had opened Hogwarts: A History and implored Reginald's help.

"There are so many better things I could be doing with my time." He said as he flipped another page.

"like what? Talking to your frog?" Snowbell glared at him before reading the same paragraph for the umpteenth time.

"He's a toad and this is pointless. There is no such thing as disappearing rooms."
