Kaleo POV:
The weekend went by fast Tia and I got so much done for her house. As I'm opening up shop I was hoping to see her again.
"Excuse me do you have any appointments open?" I heard a voice behind me I turned and looked at the customer. She looked like she was in high school but at the same time she didn't. She had chestnut hair and brown eyes, she stood at, at least 5'4".
"No, do you wanna schedule one?"
"Can I get one right now?"
"Sure. How old are you?"
"I'm 20" I nodded and let her in. I went in the back and started to set up my things. I walked out to the front and told her to come in the back. She followed me and took a seat in the chair, I sat down in mine and cleared my throat, "Where are you placing your tattoo and what are you getting?"
"I was thinking of getting a flourish on my right side" (Pic of Tattoo below)
I got to work on the tattoo after drawing it out. While working on the outline of the tattoo I heard someone come in the shop. I stopped what I was doing and took my gloves off, "Excuse me for a minute I'll be back" I walked out taking the gloves off and throwing them in the trash when I heard a familiar voice, "Knock, Knock" I looked up and smiled when I saw Tia, I walked out from behind the counter and gave her hug, "Hey, what are you doing here?"
"I brought you lunch" she held a bag in front of her and continued, "I figured to do something nice and I wanted to thank you again for helping me this weekend"
"No problem" I said and took the bag of food from her hand.
"I'm assuming the way that you were throwing your gloves off I'm guessing you have a customer in the back?"
"Yeah, yeah I do"
"I should get going. I'll see you around" she turned around and was going to walk out of the shop but I stopped her.
"No wait, you can stay. I want you to be the first to see their tattoo" she looked back at me and smiled and shook her head, "Alright" I smiled as she followed me to the back. The customer looked at me but quickly put a scowl on her face when she saw Tia.
"Tia this is..."
"I'm Chelsea"
"Nice to meet you" Tia said, there was another stool in the room and Tia sat down. I put on some new gloves and continued on with my work. Every now and then I would look up at Tia and she would smile at me. I finished the tattoo a few hours later and motioned for Tia to come and take a look at it.
"Wow, that's beautiful Kaleo"
"You think?" I asked placing vaseline on the tattoo
"Yeah. I think you did a good job" as Tia was complementing my work I saw Chelsea rolling her eyes. I cleared my throat and said, "Ok we're done. Why don't we head to the front so you can pay"
