4 years has pass since Derick left to London. 

We walked separate ways, Michelle need to go to Italy for a year, Andrew came along. 
Albert stayed with me because he knew that I would feel alone. 

Mom, Dad and my Brother went to Korea. The reason is unknown. Albert never told me. 
Leo is still here in New York. We're actually close than before. Haha~

They're living here with us, right now. He gave his maid a day off with pay. 
Such a great boss, haha! 

Today is the day where Michelle and Andew will return! I can't wait!

We were at the sidewalk, waiting for the green light to turn red. 
As the red light turned green, we saw Michelle and Andrew on the other side.

"OH MY GOOSH! CIEL! YOU'VE GROWN INTO A FINE YOUNG LADY!" she shouted from the other side, "AND ANDREW GREW MORE HOTTER!" I giggled.

We saw the green light turned red, making the cars stop. And since there's no cars, I found no reason to look from left to right. But at the moment I crossed the street towards Michelle. A loud noise came from my left...

SCREEEEECCCCHHH!!!! 

Everything went slow motion, "CIEL! LOOK OUT!" shouted Michi who was at the other side, I was frozen, I couldn't move. I saw Andrew, Albert, Michelle and...Leo's reaction...Until...an unexpected incident happened....

BAM!!!! 

~•Albert West's Point of View•~

We rushed Ciel to the hospital, worried. Looking at my fiancée's face. Holding her hands tight. 

"Ciel...Ciel! You can't close your eyes...Ciel...Talk to me...Say something..Please..." 

I saw Ciel look at me, smiling, "Don't...cry...I'm..alright..." she said, blood were falling down her head. I gave her a soft worried smile, "I'm not crying, you idiot..." 

They went to the Emergency Room then closes the door, leaving us outside. In anger, I punched the wall.

"SHIT!! I'M SO USELESS!! I'M SO F*CKING USELESS!!!" everyone put their attention to me, I gave them a deadly glare, "THE F*CK ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!" I shouted even louder. 

Leo made me sit down, "Albert! Calm down! Please! There's children here..." 

"CALM THE F*CK DOWN?! HOW CAN I CALM DOWN WHEN CIEL IS HIT BY A CAR?! DO YOU THINK IT'S EASY FOR ME TO TAKE IT?! CALM DOWN?!" 

Michelle slapped me hard which made me gain my consciousness. 

"...Thanks, Michelle..." I looked at the people looking at me then sighed, "I'm sorry...I'm just...not..used to this..." 

The people around me nodded, I look down, holding my hands together. 

A few hours later, the doctor came out. 

"...She's...on a critical state...I'm..sorry." 

When the doctor was about to leave I pinned the him on the wall, attempting to punch him.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I shouted, he look at me, shivering in fear, "You heard what I-I said, Albert West...Only miracle can save her...She only had days to live..." The grip on the doctor's collar tighten, "WHAT?! TELL ME WHY?!" the doctor who looked seriously scared speak up, "Her heart, Albert! Her heart! It was damaged...I...I'm sorry, Albert...It seems that your cousin has been suffering ever since she was young...she has a weak heart, Albert..You know that...She's bleeding from the inside...Her bones were cracked..." my grip from the doctor's collar loosen, staring at him, shaking my head, "SH*T...IT CAN'T BE! DON'T F*CKING MESS WITH ME!" I punched the wall near his head, as tears rolled down my cheeks, "I'm...sorry, Albert..." the doctor said as he left.
