Orders. To me, just words. Words that are supposed to be powerful enough to intimidate you into doing what the person saying these words wants you to do.

I had ran into the forest and made him chase after me to get what he wanted.

Pan didn't like that. He also didn't like it when I woke up.

I found Edith dozing in the chair next to me and woke her up. "You should go and take a nap," I told her as I stretched. "You look like you need one."

She sat up and rubbed her eyes, shaking her head as she did so. "No," she said, yawned, and then continued. "Pan would kill me."

I laughed. "You don't want to be in here when he gets here." She looked confused and was about to say something but the flap of the tent whipped open and Pan stalked in.

"Edith," he growled out as his eyes landed on me, "leave us please."

Edith obediently stood and walked out, pausing at the flap to look back at me. I shrugged and she left.

Pan glared at me for a long time. It would have been quite intimidating, if not for the fact that his hair looked like he rubbed it on a carpet fifty or so times. I struggled to get off the mattress and then shakily got to my feet. He didn't move from his spot.

"Oh, yes," I said as I finally got to my feet. "Definitely boyfriend mat-eeeeeerrrr-ial." I had lost my balance and struggled to get it back. He still didn't move. I bit my lip to keep from laughing as I unsteadily crossed over to him and patted his hair down. Then, for effect, I gave him a small peck on the lips and sashayed away. Or, about two steps. Pan grabbed my wrist and yanked me back and into his chest. He pressed a hard kiss to my lips, the kind that made my mind buzz and my toes curl, and broke away, pouting.

"I'm breaking up with you."

I tried not to laugh. "I thought we weren't together?"

"Well I am. So go cry or something - whatever girls do when they get their hearts broken."

I stifled another laugh and shrugged. "Okay," I said, sounding bored, and went back to my mattress. Before I could sit he took two huge steps and was suddenly beside me.

"'Okay'?"

I looked up into his eyes. "Yes. And my heart will take all of three seconds to stitch itself back together."

I looked back at the mattress and started to shakily bend down when I felt an arm around my waist, stopping me and pulling me back up. I looked up into Pan's eyes and found them much closer than I expected. He pressed his mouth to mine and I closed my eyes, smiling triumphantly against his mouth.

I heard footsteps close to the tent and getting ever closer, so I pushed Pan off of me, jumped onto my bed, and snuggled into my furs. Pan disappeared just as Edith opened the tent flap and reported that dinner would be there in a few minutes. I nodded and thanked her and she left.

I sighed happily when Pan didn't re-appear. I hoped to have a few moments to myself.

"Miss me?" a voice whispered into my ear, making me jump, and then sigh when I realized that it was just Pan.

"Jerk," I muttered as his arms snaked around my waist and he kissed my neck.

"Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase be my girlfriend," he whispered. "Pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaase."

I giggled. Gosh I hate my giggles. "You're the one that broke off our 'relationship'," I reminded him, making quotations when I said relationship. He released my waist and I turned onto my back to look at him, and his arms were back around my waist. He was pouting.
