CHEESE PUDDINGINGREDIENTS:
-50 g fresh breadcrumbs
-50 g grated cheese
-250 ml milk
-15 g margarine
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 egg
-pinch of cayenneDIRECTIONS:
-Heat the milk.Add margarine,crumbs,and seasoning. Mix well together.
-Cover and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
-Separate the yolk and white of egg. Beat yolk.
-Add beaten yolk and cheese to the mixture.
-Whisk whites very stiffly and fold carefully into mixture.
