CHEESE ROLLSINGREDIENTS:
-125 g cheese
-125 g flour
-50 g margarine
-Milk to mix
-1 small teaspoon baking powder
-pinch of salt and cayenneDIRECTIONS:
-Sift flour,salt, and baking powder into a basin.
-Rub in the margarine until mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.
-Mix in the cheese and cayenne.Add just enough milk to form a stiff paste.
-Roll out on a floured board. Cut into squares and then roll up each square.
