CHICKEN WINGS DIPPED IN SOY SAUCEINGREDIENTS :
-chicken wings
-Low sodium soy sauce
-Grated fresh ginger
-garlic
-salt
-chopped fresh cilantro leaves
-lemon juice
-black pepper
-butter
-honey
-olive oil
-sesame seedsDIRECTIONS:
-Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
-Place wings in a shallow dish and pour over the soy sauce,adding garlic and lemon juice. Toss well to coat,marinate and refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Remove wings from refrigerator and pat dry. Season with spices,salt and pepper.
-In a large saute pan,place over medium high heat,and melt the butter in the olive oil.
-When the butter stops foaming,add the honey and chicken wings and fry until browned on each sides,for about 5 minutes.
-Continue cooking the wings,turning them over often to coat them as the glaze reduces Cook until wings are sticky.
