BANANA MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-100 g castor sugar
-400 ml evaporated milk(undiluted)
-1 teaspoon vanillaDIRECTIONS:
-Mash the banana to a pulp and add the lemon juice.
-Mix in the sugar. Fold in the whisked milk and stir in the vanilla.
