Don't get your hopes up at much as you might - This is probably gonna be a pretty short chapter (or at least shorter than usual)
"Good morning to all of you guys, but I've got guests at home" Percy said as she made yet another batch of pancakes for the family.
"Why did you sleep over then?" Jeremy asks as he takes a plate and pours as much syrup as he could.
Percy only shrugged while giving a smile before walking towards the door.
On her way out, she passed Jenna and gave her a good morning and a smile and then walked out the door.
Having had John to drive her - and let's cross awkward car ride with an unpleasant uncle off the bucket list - Percy didn't have a ride home.
She didn't mind thought. Not even at all. It was morning, and the weather was awfully nice and warm. The birds were singing and it seemed as if it had rained last night, which meant that the air smelled fresh.
Percy smiled as she stuffed her hands in her pockets and walked through the woods that seemed to always be filled with disaster. It was just yesterday when she was kidnapped or whatever by that crazy Jules chick and shot multiple times.

A scream of joy erupted from Percy as she stepped into her house and saw two of her best friends and another person she hadn't expected.
"Percy!" Annabeth shouted in joy as she shot up from the couch she was sitting on and ran towards her friend, engulfing her in a tight hug.
"Annie!" Percy yelled as she hugged her back just as fiercely.
The girls both let go after what seemed to be forever before Percy ran to Nico and gave the Italian boy a quick hug and a peck on his cheek.
She then there's to the unexpected, but a pleasant type of unexpected, visitor.
"Groverrr! She dragged out the 'r' while shouting his name as loud as she could, radiating happiness while running at her top speed and crushing him in a hug, causing the two to fall onto the ground.
The mentioned satyr started to laugh in joy, causing Percy to join in.
The other two in the room were watching them with proud smiles on their faces, not having seen Percy smiling this much in a long time.
"What are you doing here?" Percy murmured into his neck once they got up and she attacked him in another hug.
"I don't have 'Lord of the Wild' responsibilities for today" he laughed out, bringing his best friend into a tighter hug.
"Yay!" The powerful demigod cheered, glad to finally have her best friend with her.
Grover gave a grin before taking out his reed pipes and held them in his hand, as if they gave him comfort to hold.
