   "No way

"No way. I'm not doing this."

Percy watched with amusement as Jeremy protested. It wasn't like he was actually doing such a bad thing. Sure, immoral. But bad? Not really. These people were already murderers so it was only fair that they lost their lives to actually save one.

"What makes you think you have a choice?" Klaus asks with a smirk.

Damon takes this as his cue to interject and say his piece towards Jeremy, "You have to kill vampires to complete the hunter's mark. Mark equals cure. You're in a bar full of almost vampires, so get your hunt on."

From what Percy heard, it all made sense. And hey, although she was not Elena's biggest fan - unlike most of the town - that did not mean that she was willing to dam her to an eternity that she did not want.

Well that's one way to differentiate her from the helpless Bella Swan.

"Screw you," Jeremy spits at Damon, "You said I wouldn't have to kill any innocent people."

Percy gives a shake of her head as she watched this little dramatic play that Jeremy was starring in play out. As far as she knew, they did not think that she would go along with any plan of Klaus' unless is what done with whatever little heroic morals she had left. That meant that nobody innocent was going to die.

"Jeremy, they're not people," the daughter of Poseidon spoke up. She couldn't believe that she had less than an hour left in Mystic Falls and she was spending it by convincing Baby Gilbert to kill to further some mark on her arm.

Low-key thought that Klaus calling me for one last hurrah was going to be some type of romantic shit or something but... oh well. Adventure and danger seem to follow me everywhere I go so why not stick to the status quo.

The demigod then continued, trying to sway Jeremy's mind a bit as she stood up and walked towards him, "What's an eye for an eye? They're on death row for the gods' sake! They're going to die anyway!"

Then, as a final extra measure, Percy put her hand on his shoulder, which ultimately got him to focus on her as she spoke, "And this will all get your sister the cure. So why not?"

"Enough!" Klaus practically yelled as he grabbed Percy's waist and pulled her towards him, "Have at it, or else."

     Dang, somebody is growing impatient.

"I don't take orders from you, dick," Jeremy says before dropping a stake. Klaus glanced at the stake before looking back up at the teenager. The teen then continued on by looking at both Percy and Klaus, "Hunters can't be compelled."

Klaus gives a laugh that basically screamed 'it's so funny that you thought you had much of a choice' before walking up to Jeremy, "You're right. I can't compel you. But if your conscience is getting in the way, then allow me to make this easy for you. Because, I can compel them."
