"So the first thing you do when you wake up is come and bother me?"

"Yep, and I don't think you're busy, so that's just perfect."

"It's eight in the morning, go bother the Salvatores," Klaus irritatedly said as he flipped a page in the newspaper he was currently holding.

"But they are no fun!" Percy whined, "At least, not anymore."

"Then go to school," Klaus suggested as he folded the newspaper.

"And go and waste my day there when I have already graduated from that place?" Percy rhetorically asked before answering quickly, "Nah, I think I'll stay here for the day."

Klaus set down the newspaper before getting up from the couch he had and stood up, "Well, I think that you heading and getting your education is much better than staying here all day."

"Did you not hear me?" Percy looked at him a bit ticked off since she couldn't stand the idea of school, "I've graduated! I'm supposed to be out of this cursed town!"

Klaus shrugged before one of the things that she said caught his attention, "What do you mean about you not supposed to be here?"

"Exactly what it means," Percy replied with a grin as she skipped to the couch he had been sitting on and plopped down and reached for the newspaper.

As she brought it to her face and acted like she was interested in what it said, Klaus gave a scoff.

"What's the matter now?" Percy asked as she looked up from the newspaper like a person would when watching out for their best friend when said best friend is on a date.

"You can't read," the hybrid said as he snatched the newspaper quickly.

"Says who?" Percy challenged as she stood up and tried to grab the paper.

"Says the person who knows that you are a demigod."

After he said this, Percy started to giggle.

"What's got you laughing now?" Klaus exasperatedly asked as he went and took the seat on the couch that she had vacated and he had earlier been seated in.

"Your accent just gets me," She gave a little chuckle as she sat on the arm of the couch.

"Should I take offense to that?"

"Nope," Percy said as she popped the 'p'.

"Well I wasn't going to," Klaus said as he opened the newspaper and tried to ignore anything else Percy was going to say or do.
