Elena is in her bedroom with Bonnie and Percy. While the doppelganger and the witch were on the bed, Percy was sitting under the window, keeping her eye out for anything. Yeah, she is taking the job of protecting Elena really seriously, even though she doesn't really like the brunette. They were more like acquaintances than anything else.
Elena looks at the moonstone before she spoke, "Now that you've got this back, what are you gonna do with it?"
"Right now, it's what is binding the Sun and the Moon Curse. If I can figure out a way to remove the spell from the stone, the stone becomes useless." The Bennett witch thinks out loud, staring at the stone in deep thought.
Percy was doing the same, but trying to seem a bit more subtle about it.
"And according to Katherine, Klaus becomes vengeful." Elena adds, not being as positive as Percy wished she was.
"Maybe. If he finds out." Bonnie says only to get cut off while speaking by her own best friend.
"Bonnie, can't this wait? Stefan is stuck in the tomb with Katherine. We've got to get him out."
"Elena! Let the girl finish!" Percy scolds the Gilbert girl.
"Stefan wants me to focus on this." Bonnie calmly stated, giving Percy a warm smile in thanks for saying what she didn't.
"Don't listen to him. He thinks that he's protecting me, but he's wrong." Elena stated with a roll of her eyes.
"Be grateful! It's better than having them hand you over on a silver platter." Percy defended.
"I'm taking Stefan's side with this one. We're not gonna let you get used in some creepy sacrifice ritual."
Jeremy arrives. At this, Bonnie takes the stone from Elena's hand.
"What are you guys arguing about?" Little Gilbert asked, looking over at Bonnie's hands that seemed to be hiding something, then to Percy because he didn't expect to see her here.
"We're not arguing about anything." Bonnie assures him, then puts the stone in her bag and exchanges a glance with Jeremy and Percy. While Jeremy didn't know what Percy was here for, Bonnie did. And she was using that to her advantage.
"I need a coffee." Bonnie declared before she gets up and leaves. Jeremy looks at Elena.
"What?" The doppelganger asks.
"Why are you on some suicide mission?"
"That's what we all want to know." Percy huffed out, leaving against the window, still surveying every move made in the room.
"I'm trying to prevent everyone else from getting hurt."
"Okay, that's a good point. I know I would do the same thing." Percy sighed in defeat.
