Chapter 27 ~ JiZa

Jimin was on his way to his Hoseok-hyung's dance studio when he saw Iza sitting on the bench outside the building.

He sat beside her but Iza just pretended on not noticing him.

Jimin couldn't help but to talk to Jungkook's sister. She looked so cute in her pastel yellow dress and light make up on.

Jimin:

"Were you waiting for Jungkookie?"

He heard nothing from her. He only saw her shaking her head but still not sparing a second of looking at him.

Jimin:

"Let's go together then."

He was surprised when she finally took her time to glimpse of him. But then immediately looked away after.

Iza:

"I'm no longer joining. Jungkook told the dance teacher about it."

Her voice was clearly sad and disappointed. She never liked the idea of quitting how much more the act of doing it.

Just even the thought of it felt like losing from a duel. And Jimin could see how displeasing it was for her.

Jimin:

"Is it because of me?"

He suddenly had the idea of him as the reason why. Maybe Jungkook and Hannah decided to stop her enrollment in Hoseok's dance workshop because they didn't want Iza to be bothered by him. As he persistently tried to become friends with her during break time but would just be rejected away from her silence. There was never a time she talked to him inside the Dance Studio. Not with Jungkook and the rest of the students watching them.

It wasn't fair for him though. He sincerely wanted to be friends with Iza despite the fact that she could tend to be sometimes a little aggressively hostile when provoked and dangerously cute most of the time.

Jimin:

"I'm sorry, Iza. I only wanted to be your friend."

Iza could hear the sincerity of his voice. It was her first time being with someone ready to listen to her and willing to lend an ear on her childish and complaining nature as a daughter to his dad and a sister to Jungkook.

Iza:

"Because of my Dad."

Iza pouted and tried to hold back her tears. Jimin noticed it and checked whether she was already crying.

Then he jokingly added.

Jimin:

"If you'll cry, I might really think that you're not as strong as I thought you are."

Iza smirked and smacked Jimin's arm.

Jeon Attack !

Jimin tried his best not to show how painful it was. But heaven knows how he wanted to scream from pain while rolling on the ground.
