Hoseok - Coffee

"Seriously?!" I look up to the sky as the rain starts to pour down.

Out of all the days, it just had to rain today. I was already running late to my date with Hoseok by missing the bus and now it's raining.

The universe is against me.

I anxiously stare at my phone looking at the time, it's 11:23 AM, I was supposed to meet with Hoseok at 11:15 AM.

"Aigo," I say blowing on my hands and rubbing them together to keep myself warm. I seriously need a cup of coffee about now.

I wait for a while until the bus arrives and I get on quickly. As I sat down, my phone vibrates.

It was a text from him.

Hoseok: Where are you?

I was about to reply when he started to call. I stare at my phone for a while, feeling nervous to answer.

"Hey," I finally said.

"(Y/N)? Are you okay? Is everything fine?" I giggle at how worried he sounded.

"I'm fine Hobi, I just missed the bus, but I got on the next one, I'm on my way there," I said reassuring him.

"Okay, okay. See you soon!" He ended the call and I feel in a much better mood after hearing his voice.

As I got off the bus it was still pouring cats and dogs, I pulled up the collar of my coat over my head and ran to the coffee shop.

I get inside panting a bit.

"I definitely need to work out more," I say to myself feeling tired already from my short sprint.

I fix my coat and look around for Hoseok around the café.

There he was sitting at the back wearing a black coat, he's so handsome. He looked up, from his phone and waved me over.

"(Y/N), I'm glad you made it, I was getting worried," He said as he stood up and kissed my cheek, he then waved a waiter over.

"Thank you," I said as he gave me the menu.

"Get whatever you want, my treat," he said as I took off my coat putting it on my chair.

"No, I was late, I should treat you something," he shook his head smiling at me. "Hobi~" I whined looking at him.

"Oppa?" I teased and he looked at me trying to keep a straight face. "Oppa~ Let me treat you oppa," I said reaching for his hand and I looked at him waiting for his answer.

"Fine, fine," he said and I let go of his hand smiling and I looked at the menu.

"What do you want?" I said looking at the menu, then at him.

"Chocolate cake," he said looking at his phone, I nodded and looked for something for myself.

When I finally decided I waved the waiter over.

"I'll have one Cappuccino and two slices of chocolate cake" The waiter jotted it down.

"That's it?" He asked and I nodded. He then walked away.

"I'll just go to the restroom," Hoseok said and I nodded.

I opened up my phone and scrolled through my Facebook feed, I ended up watching a compilation of cat owners playing with their kittens.

"Awww," I cooed out loud.

"Aw?" I looked to see Hoseok back sitting.

"I was watching a video of kittens," I smiled.

"Let me see," I gave my phone to him and I watched him smile at my screen.

"Waaah, cuteeee~," He said pointing at the screen, looking at me and I agreed.

We talked about how our week has been since we were both busy, I was finishing med school while he was taking care of patients. It still amazes me how we met at this coffee shop about a year ago, he was a sweetheart from the very beginning, and now it's been a year and 1 month.

"The rain stopped, want to go for a walk?" He asked as I finished my Cappuccino, I nodded putting the cup down.

"Wait," He said as he brought out his phone and took a picture of me.

He showed me grinning and I glared at him. I wiped my mouth since a coffee mustache formed.

"Yah! Delete that right now!" I said as he walked out, while I was putting my coat on.

I look at him through the glass and he was waving the picture.

"Aissssh, this boy!" I shook my head and walked out.

"Hoseok," I folded my arms and pouted, walking over to him.

"Waeyo? You look cute!" He said showing me the picture and I just glanced at it.

"You really want me to delete it?" I nodded and he sighed, but then compiled.

"Done," He said kissing my forehead and then held my hand. I love him so much.

"Let's go!" I said and we walked around the corner.

He would sometimes bust some random dance moves which made me giggle and I'd join him. We'd laugh at each other and continue to walk.

This was us, crazy and in love.
