"Daddy we go to the store?" Desire asked as she laid on my chest
I decided to have all my kids spend the week with me and so far they were enjoying it. It was 8 in the morning so mostly everyone was sleep but of course Desire was an early bird.
"After dad gets home from doing what he has to do I got you ight baby" I told her as I played with her curls
"Okay" She smiled and kissed my cheek
"Go back to sleep"
"I can't daddy" She whined
"Shhh you gonna wake your sisters up" I told her
All the boys were sleep in their room but the girls being the daddy girls that they are they just had to sleep with me.
"Sorry" she pouted
I laughed a bit kissing her cheek. I swear everytime I see her I can't believe that she's 4 already. My kids were growing up fast and its like I wish they would stop. Every time I look at them I regret every minute of me not being there for them.
"You know daddy loves you right?" I questioned her
"Yes. You love me lots" She smiled opening her arms showing me how much
"No I love you more than that"
"More than this?" She looked at her arms
"Mhm"
"Wow that's a lot" she frowned
"Why you frowning baby?" I asked
"I don't know" She shrugged
"Don't frown baby. You're to beautiful to frown" I kissed her forehead
"You're beautiful too daddy" She squealed making me laugh
She had got off of me and turned on the tv letting me get up and get ready for another counseling session.
"Will you watch your sisters while I shower?" I asked Desire
"Yes daddy I'm a big girl I can watch them"
I smiled taking out my phone and taking a picture of her
