TAEHYUNG.

"Are you setting off soon?" Taehyung asked with a mouthful of eggs. Jin chuckled at the boys childish mannerisms before taking another forkful of eggs in his mouth, leaving Namjoon to answer the question.

"Yeah, we're setting off at eleven. Do you have any plans while we're away?" He asks, watching the boy as he ate quickly, smiling. Taehyung shrugged and swallowed his food before answering.

"I guess I'll just watch television or go out? I wanna go down to that river near the old park across from Jimin's place and see if there's anything cool down there. I feel like the highway spot is getting old" he rambled on, meanwhile Jimin was quickly typing messages to his internet friend who had got up early to speak to the younger, lifting his head up when he heard his name mentioned.

"It's cool down there. There's an abandoned rail on a hill, be careful thought, the wall is hard to climb down" Jimin said in his soft toned voice before taking a bite out of his toast and going back to talking to Yoongi.

"Thanks hyung. Abandoned rail sounds cool though. Can I borrow one of your cameras Jin-hyung?" Jin nodded in response, smiling at Taehyung's clear mood. After they'd been home late the night before Jin made sure to make sure Tae was okay.

"Your day sounds fun Taehyung. Don't forget to call otherwise Jin'll end up sending a police search out" Namjoon joked but Taehyung didn't find it funny. If Jin sent the police out then he'd get caught for sure. He was surprised he'd managed to live in Incheon for nearly four months already and they hadn't found him.

"Shut up" Jin said, playfully hitting Namjoon's shoulder. Namjoon stuck his tongue out at the older before getting up to wash the dishes.

"Jimin come on dude, you can talk to Yoongi later. You gotta eat breakfast" Namjoon said as he collected the plates. Jimin smiled up at Namjoon and nodded before quickly typing a goodbye to his friend.

The three were excited for their meeting with Hoseok. Taehyung was excited to get out alone. He did it a lot but  today was different. He felt amazing when he'd woken up that morning. The weather was just right for a day of exploring and he wanted to see more of the city. Not only that but now he had the opportunity to take photos as well.

Soon it was time for the others to leave. They said their goodbyes to Taehyung before driving off to the hospital. Taehyung rushed back up the drive way and into the house. He was so giddy and excited. He grabbed one of Jin's cameras, his jacket and keys before leaving the house through the backdoor (not forgetting to lock both doors, Jin would kill him and have him for supper).

He went across to the field behind Jin's massive garden. This lead him though a forest where he took some photos of the Autumn leaves that fell from the trees. November was Taehyung's favourite time of year. The leaves turned orange, the sky was darker earlier, the air was brisk.

Taehyung continued through the forest. It was a short cut to Jimin's quiet neighbourhood. All the houses were pristine, all the same. Jin's was far bigger and more modern than these houses as they were more traditional looking. Like you'd see in suburban America. Taehyung was jealous of all the people who were fortunate to live in the houses like that. Sure he lived with Jin but it didn't feel like his house. He didn't pay rent or anything, Jin was generous to let him just stay there.

One day Taehyung wanted a family of his own. A wife, kids, a nice big house, a fancy car. It seemed impossible but it was something he wanted to achieve. But it just meant getting rid of his past which meant moving as far away as possible. At the moment he could settle for Incheon but eventually he'd have to leave the country to get away. Perhaps he'd go to America, maybe the UK or Australia. It didn't matter, just as long as it wasn't there.

He soon came across the old park where kids no longer dared to play. There was a tale that it was haunted and whoever dared to go would be haunted forever by a scary ghost called Jim. They could've thought of a spookier name, Taehyung thought.

He walked through the park, jumping the black fence to the edge of the overgrown area. He climbed down the steep wall, landing on the river banking. Taehyung sighed in content as he watched the river flow, the trees hanging over the banking, branches dipping into the cool water.

He snapped a few photos of his surroundings, particularly focusing on a willow tree that hung over the water, making a dome over the water. The trees trunk started low at an angle before curving up into the air. It was perfect to climb and was probably gorgeous in the spring time.

The next objective was to find the train track. He walked along the banking, keeping his eyes out for rusty metal or rotted wood. He soon spotted it, hidden away in long grass further up a steep hill. What Taehyung didn't notice was the boy who sat on the train tracks, a lit cigarette in his mouth. He scribbled in a book, his eyes furrowed as he glided the pencil across the paper.

"Who the fuck are you?" this made Taehyung jump. He was too busy taking photos from the top of the hill to even hear the scribbling behind him.

Hey.

The river area is based off of a place I used to go with my friends a lot. We can't go right now because of the rain but yeah, I felt like basing it off of a place with good memories, makes it easier to write about.

Sorry for not updating too much. I'm doing mocks this year so it's a lot of pressure. Also I'm in the midst of setting up my own club at school so that's been taking up my time.

I hope you enjoyed this. I've got a good plan now so I think writing's gonna be a lot easier.

Thank you for reading, comment+vote+follow

Reading comments still makes my day tbh, thanks guyss
