TAEHYUNG.

"Who the hell are you?" Taehyung stumbled back a little, the voice making him jump. He sharply turned to see the brunette boy who had been sat on the tracks for quite some time. He was looking at Taehyung, a mean look on his face. Taehyung thought quick on his toes.

"I'm V, who the hell are you?" He'd let the camera rest at his stomach and crossed his arms across his chest, his eyebrow arched. The boy laughed.

"What are you doing here"

"Answer my question" Taehyung shot back, feeling overly confident. He shouldn't have. The boy stood and with one swift movement he had a shiny piece of metal in his hand, a knife.

"I don't have to answer to you V. Go away, this is my spot" Taehyung gulped at the sight of the knife, instinctively backing away. When the boy had finished he laughed, loudly. How childish, he thought, his spot? Is he five?

"Wha- why are you laughing?" The boy became flustered and angry which made Taehyung laugh more. By then he was hunched over, grabbing his stomach as he laughed so loud, Jin probably could hear him.

"Look kid, I just wanna take some photos" The boy became angry when he'd been called a kid. He wasn't a kid, he was sixteen, he was old enough to make his own decisions.

"Don't call me a kid, you look younger than me. You a 01' liner?" Again, Taehyung burst out laughing, tears spilling from the corners of his eyes. The boy was getting mad. He'd never used his knife but boy oh boy he was about to.

"99'" He said inbetween laughs. The boy didn't like being made a fool of and Taehyung's loud laughter was making him feel like a complete and utter idiot. He took a step forward, raising the knife a little in an attempt to intimidate Taehyung. It worked. Taehyung stopped laughing and took another step back.

"Woah, put the knife down. I was only laughing, chill out" Taehyung said. He looked around and spotted a tree stump. He walked over to the stump and took a seat, lifting the camera to his face so he could take a photo of the landscape below.

The boy huffed and took a seat back on the train tracks, grumbling something to himself. He went back to scribbling in his book yet this time he furiously dragged his pencil across the page. Whatever he was doing must've been important or he wouldn't have tried to get Taehyung to go away.

"You never told me your name" Taehyung said, snapping another photo as he did. The boy turned to look at him, glaring in his direction.

"Why do you care so much? It's just an identification code that we're assigned with at birth" The boy said harshly before returning to his book. Wow, deep for a kid, Taehyung thought.

"Well, if I don't know your identification code how am I supposed to identify you?" Taehyung said, this time looking at the boy. The boy rolled his eyes.

"It's not like you'll ever see me again anyway. The world's way too wide for that V. Is V even your real name? You sound like some cartoon character or something" Taehyung shrugged.

"I'd be a cool cartoon character. I'd be the kid that was messed up and everyone hated him but he was still cooler than everyone else because he's so mysterious and quiet" Taehyung rambled on like some child, staring off at the river. The boy laughed.

"Quiet doesn't seem to suit you" He snickered. Taehyung rolled his eyes.

"Whatever, I can be quiet when I want. I just in too good of a mood today" The boy could hear the smile his voice and wasn't surprised when he turned his head to see the brunette boy grinning. The boy took a moment to study Taehyung's appearance. His mouth formed a box as he smiled, his eyes turning into bold lines. His hair was a light brown with green in his bangs. He changed his appearance quite a bit before leaving Daegu, his hair being major factor.

"Hmm, why?" The boy asked after a few moments of studying the Daegu boy.

"I don't really know to be honest. I just woke up especially happy. I'm taking it as a good thing though" Taehyung said, the grin not falling from his face when he turned to face the younger boy. The boy turned away to the vast fields in front of him, watching as the autumn sun shone on the tall grass.

"Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness" The boy said, staring off into the field. Taehyung looked to where the boy looked, realising it's simple beauty and snapping a photo.

"Close-bosom friend of the maturing sun" Taehyung recited. The boy quickly turned to Taehyung.

"You know John Keats?"

"No, I just know the poem. I mean, who doesn't" Taehyung said.

"You'd be surprised" The boy muttered, slumping back.

"Can I know your name yet?" Taehyung said, his voice full of childish hope. It almost made the boys heart wrench.

"My name's Jungkook"
