Yn's POV:

The class finished and I went to find Veronica.
She was at the same lunch table as before along with Mary and Chris.
Ugh! This boy makes me feel uncomfortably!!!

C: Hi y/n!

Y/n: Hey

I said nervously

M: Today I'm going for shopping. I really wanna buy Vans shoes. Just like y/n's.

I smiled airily.

V: Today my aunt is gonna call me because she said that there's something really important we need to talk about.

Y/n: Aren't you anxious?

V: I'm sure it's gonna be something stupid.

Y/n: It might be something actually serious.

She shrugged and I turned my gaze to see Chris staring at me with his chin resting on his fist.
His gaze was really intense on me. I stopped looking at him.

C: Sorry I was really absorbed

Y/n: I-i-it's fine.

I stuttered

The hours passed real quick.
It was about 6pm when I decided to go for a walk around the area.
Today I asked my employer not to work because it would be the first day and I wasn't sure how it would go.

Y/n: Bye Vic!

I yelled as I put my earphones.

I was walking for about an hour when I got tired and decided to sit on a bench.
I jabbed out my earphones and took a ship from my water.

... : Hey

I heard a familiar voice from behind as I turned my head to face him.

Y/n: Uh... Hey Chris!

He came and sat next to me

C: What are you doing here?

Y/n: I wanted to go for a walk.

C: That's cool. I'm waiting for Mary. We're going for shopping together but I wanted to leave a bit earlier.

Y/n: Okay.

C: Can I ask you something?

Y/n: Yeah... certainly.

C: Um... Are you single?

Y/n: Hahah of course. I mean... look at me; do I seem to have a boyfriend?

C: Don't put yourself down like that. You're actually really beautiful.

I saw his cheeks turning red and his gaze lowering.
I blushed
