"Hey Ashton didn't you say your dad's business is hiring?" Taehyung wondered as he and his friend sat around his penthouse.

Ashton nodded. "But dude, how can you afford this place with no job and no cash?"

Taehyung smiled, "my mom's paying for the whole thing." He boasted happily.

His friend chuckled, "nice. But yeah, I'll try to hook you up with a job. Just hold out till then."

Taehyung leaned closer to his friend. "You're the best... can I ask you one more favor?"

Ashton raised an eyebrow, "depends."

"Remember that girl from the cafe?" Taehyung began carefully, recalling that he was asking this to his friend who gave her his number.

Ashton practically began drooling. "Of course I do! What about her!? Was she talking about me in class!? She hasn't texted me yet. I think she's playing hard to get."

Taehyung tried not to gag. "No, I just threw away your number. Anyways, I need you to pay for a little shopping spree at the mall since I'm dead ass broke."

Ashton pushed Taehyung away, "why would I? And how does that relate to that cutie anyways?!"

Sighing the raven hair boy said, "it's for her. She's in desperate need for some shoes... and a huge wardrobe upgrade."

Ashton paused to ponder this. "Only, and I mean only, if I get the credit! She's gonna fall for you if you act like this was all your idea!"

Taehyung frowned, "but it is my idea...."

"Do you want a job or not."

"You right."

"Jiwoo, where's your head at?" Somin muttered, nudging her friend.

Jiwoo shook her head, "I just have so much to do right now. Ms. Jennie assigned another project."

"So? Just give your partner some extra work. They'll understand." Her friend countered as they got dressed for work.

Jiwoo sighed, "can't... it kind of turned into a contest."

Somin sighed, "I can't with you sometimes."

Jiwoo clicked her heels happily as she put on her visor. "Ready for work!?"

"Okay, those are good, I like these..." Taehyung murmured to the women following behind him in the store holding everything he said he approved of. Ashton sat back watching silently. "Don't you wanna help?" Taehyung called.

Ashton shook his head, "nah. Shopping is your forte, I'm just the black card."

Taehyung shrugged, "your loss," he murmured. "These, those... mm and this necklace." He finished wiping his hands on his jeans although he hadn't touched an item since entering the store.

Ashton sighed, "doesnt a lot of this seem too fancy?"

The raven haired boy paused momentarily. "She needs something formal. I don't think she owns anything aside from some gross jeans and shirts."

"Wow, harsh much," his blonde counterpart murmured.

Taehyung slid up to the counter as his friend scribbled down his signature, "any other place we should hit up?" Ashton asked his friend as the women behind the counter scurried our with hands full of bags.

Taehyung walked slowly around to pick up the bags. It's been too long since he had to carry is own stuff. "Maybe the skateboard place over there? You know, for the casual stuff. I feel like Late Girl doesn't really like name brand stuff...." He thought back to the little pastel haired girl making fun of his shoes.... they were Gucci.... and she didn't like them. Taehyung sighed, "she's difficult."

"What if she rejects all of this?" Ashton asked as he helped cart away the clothing.

Taehyung paused. He hadn't thought that far ahead. What if she didn't want the clothes. "Nah! Who would throw all this away!?"

"I don't want it."

"WHAT!?"
