Chapter 25

Daehwi's POV

As I entered the room, I saw Jinyoung already seated in his seat. I approached him but as soon as he saw me, he started facing down and pretended to sleep. I sat beside him, no talking, no joke, no secret holding hands under the table, nothing. It feels very different. It's like first day of school again when I'm invisible to everyone.

After the first period, it's lunch break.

"J-jinyoung? A-are you g-going to eat at the c-cafeteria?" I asked him, shaking.

He just left me and rushed his way out of the room.

Since I don't have money, as usual, I'll be eating the the benches across the cafeteria again. It's been so long since I ate the, when I say so long, it was when Jinyoung and I weren't together yet.

I don't know any other students in this school except for Jinyoung, Jihoon, Guan Lin and Donghyun.

While I'm on my way to the benches, I saw Jinyoung siting alone in one of the tables in the cafeteria. We has an eye contact. Without noticing, I suddenly bumped into someone. His soda slashed on my pants and shoes.

"I-I'm so sorry" I told him

"No, it's okay. I was the one who should say sorry." He handed me some tissue.

"T-thanks for the tissue" I told him and left.

I looked at Jinyoung's table. He was not there already. He didn't do anything about what happened. It saddened me.

While I was sitting alone in the bench, I felt a bit teary eyed. Everything seemed new to me.

After a while, someone called me

"Daehwi-ahh!" I looked at where the voice came from

"Oh! Hi hyung!" I saw Donghyun hyung walking near me

"Why are you alone here?" he asked me

"Just... nothing" I faked a smile

"Can I sit with you?" he asked me

"Of course you can!" I smiled

He sat next to me and ate some of his snacks.

"How's your day?" I asked him

"Same as usual. This is the first time that I saw you here, have you been eating in the cafeteria?" he asked me

"Well yeah, I was eating here during my first few days here, since I don't know anyone else. But after meeting Jinyoung, he's been treating me food from the cafeteria and we eat there together."

"So, where is he?"

I don't know what to say. I don't want him to get worried. I also can't tell him that Jinyoung is mad at me because of what happened earlier

"Uhmm.. I-I think he's busy right now."

"You have some crumbs on your lips" Dohyun started leaning forward and removed the crumbs on my lips.

After thanking him, I saw Jinyoung standing in front of us, holding a bottled juice.

"J-jinyoung!" I was shocked and I stood up.

"I-I just wanted to give you this." he gave me the juice and walked away.

"W-wait!" I shouted

I went back to Donghyun

"I have to go hyung. Let's catch up again some other time"

"O-okay Daehwi! Text me okay?"

I nodded and smiled at him before leaving.

I ran to catch up with Jinyoung.

"Jinyoung! Please listen to me. Please?" I begged him while holding his arms.

He removed my hands from his arms and continued walking.

"Can you tell me why you're acting this way?" I kept on talking

"This is none of your business!" Jinyoung shouted a bit

I was shocked on what just happened

"So I don't matter to you?" I asked him

He was not talking. I felt tears sreaming down my face.

"Fine! I guess I don't really have a worth toyou anymore. Thank you for making me happy these past few months. I have to gonow." I left Jinyoung with tears flowing down my face. I don't care if peopleare staring at me, but I really hurts. It hurts so much.
