(Two days later)

(Christian) "I'm losing my fucking mind." - he growled, tugging on the roots of his hair.

(Arianna) "You need to calm down..."

(Christian) "How can I fucking calm down?!" - he snapped, standing from his chair.

She was slightly taken back by his outburst so she stayed quiet.

(Roberto) "Don't snap at your mother. It's not her fault." - he tried to say smoothly, but his voice still had a stern tone.

(Christian) "Then stop acting as if I'm the lunatic here for being fucking worried!"

(Roberto) "You're not a lunatic and you're not the only one worried but getting too upset will not solve a thing."

(Christian) "Then what fucking will?!" - he yelled, angered.

(Roberto) "I know how you must feel-"

(Christian) "No, you don't fucking know how I'm feeling! The woman I love is in danger, as well as my best friend and I don't fucking know where they are!"

Martha was sitting on one of the couches, trying her best to contain her tears.

(Christian) "Anna is pregnant! She's carrying our baby and she's in danger!" - he could feel angry tears forming on the corners of his eyes. - "I promised myself I wouldn't let a thing happen to her! And I fucking broke that promise!"

Before anyone could say anything, he stormed out the backyard before he could finally let go of everything and just sobbed.

All the emotions he had been feeling for the past few days since he heard Hannah and Matt were kidnapped, finally hit him and he couldn't contain them anymore. He didn't even bother if one of his men could be watching. He was fucking disappointed at himself for letting things happen the way they did. And he was specially disappointed at himself for not being able to find his pregnant fiancée and his best friend.

(Marco) "Daddy?" - his shy voice caught Christian off guard.

Christian tried to wipe his tears frantically while clearing his throat.

(Christian) "Yeah..." - his voice broke down for a second. - "I'm sorry, buddy. Didn't know you were there."

(Marco) "Why are you crying?"

Christian just kept looking at his son. He knew the little boy knew the reason for why he was crying but he was still asking out of concern.

(Christian) "It's nothing you need to worry." - he faked a smile.

(Marco) "But you're crying..."

Christian sighed and walked to the chairs and sar down. Marco followed his father's lead and sat down beside him.

(Christian) "I'm just sad mom isn't here..."

(Marco) "I am too." - the tears started clouding his vision.

Christian rubbed the top of his son's head, trying to give him some sort of support.

(Christian) "I promised you I would protect you and mommy and I failed that."

(Marco) "It's not your fault, daddy..."

Christian didn't know what to say. He knew the fault was no one's but his. But never, in his little life, would Marco blame his father for what happened to Hannah.

(Marco) "Why people do this?" - he asked quietly.

(Christian) "This what?"

(Marco) "Hurt other people."
