Twisted Cinderella Story /// L. T.

Chapter 2

I woke up in the morning with a bad headache. It was a Thursday and it looked bright and sunny outside. I got up brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, and picked out my clothing. I decided on white mini jean shorts that slightly passed my butt. Then I topped it off with my cami that was black with white polka dots and some ruffles at the bottom of the shirt.

I heard my sisters from down stairs on who was getting a part in a play. It’s clearly obvious… it’s none of them! I mean they can’t do anything without breaking something or someone. My step sisters fight with each other all the time. I’m surprised they are both still living.

I fixed my hair put my hair in a ponytail and added a black head band. After that I just added just a bit of mascara. I grabbed my high top black and white polka dots converse. I think I look fully completed today I headed down stairs with my back pack on my shoulder. I came into the kitchen and had milk with a granola bar. Then two devils walked up.

“Is that all your eating?” Jamie asked.

I nodded my head in agreement.

“Ugh she can’t even speak, I knew she was weird” said Jennifer.

Obviously they don’t understand that I’m eating with my mouth close. Usually they eat while they talk and food is basically splattered on their face or someone else’s.

“She looks like she is middle school the way with that ponytail” Jamie said.

I’m telling I think they are serious blonds; they must have dyed their hair black.

What are you, twelve?” Jennifer asked.

“Yea, on a scale of one to ten!” I said

They all had shut up. They were shocked at my response. I smirk grew on my lips.

I looked at the time, it was 8:30, I like to get there early so I can hang with my friends and get out of my prison house. I said bye to Cassidy and Johnny and went to talk out of the lobby. The school wasn’t that far, it was about a five minute walk.

I opened the school door and walked in seeing everyone waving at me and smiling. I went straight to my locker and went on instagram. I posted a pic of me at school and immediately I kept getting likes after likes. I put my books in my locker and went to near the stairs where my locker had been near. My group of friends and I usually hangout here.  My friends Ally, Sierra, and Emma came by. Followed by that was my best guy friends Jake and Tony.

“Hey Lacey, what’s up? “ Tony asked.

“The sky” I replied with a smile on my face.

“I hate when you answer my question like that” he said.

“Well maybe u should stop asking that question” I said

“Ok fine I will stop” he said and then he had walked off to his locker.

“He is so sensitive and I’m more confident than him, and yet we are brothers.” Jake had said.

“Calm down sometimes brothers is different from each other” said ally.

“That reminds me where are your sisters, usually I see them fighting with each other down the hall.” said Emma

“I don’t even want to know “I replied.

“Found them “said Sierra.

I looked up to find them walking with rubber bands and flinging them at people’s faces. They are so rude and I hate seeing people getting treated that way. I decided to take matters in my own hands.

Now usually you would think to handle it the gentle way by talking to them nicely. Well no! I like to do it the way you were planning revenge. I took a rubber band form my locker and got up on the stairs and targeted for them. I aimed and successfully shot them both in the nose.

“Ahhhhhhh!” screamed Jennifer.

“Who did this to us?” Jamie demanded a question.

Jake picked me up from the stairs and put me down so they wouldn’t think it was me. We acted normal and they finally walked off. I couldn’t help but laugh by their reactions. It looks like my friends couldn’t either. They all high fived me and we decided to head to class.

My friends got in before me. Right when I was about to walk in Jamie had locked me out. I knew what she was planning since the teacher couldn’t see her she knew she could lock the door. She waited until the bell rang and unlocked it. I saw her run to her seat. As soon as I walked in the teacher darted her eyes at me. I knew this was going to be bad. My friends all looked at me and they knew that I was in trouble.

“Miss Lynch your late!” said my history teacher Mrs. Ross

Oh really, no dip captain obvious!

“You have detention after school “she said

Yay life!

I got home after I had detention. I really didn’t want to see anyone. I saw Cassidy and Johnny in their room going over some stuff and plans for tomorrow. I kind of got curious and went go see them. I saw something a paper and read the some of the stuff until I saw my step sister’s name and my step mother’s name.

“What’s this? “ I asked

“Can I tell her” said Johnny who was talking to Cassidy.

They both stood there smiling at each other in silence. I honestly hate silence so I decided to break it.

“Are you guys planning on telling me anytime soon?” I asked.

“Well you are going to love this news” said Johnny.

“Your steps sisters and your step mothers are going to Dominican Republic, so that means we get the whole house to ourselves, for a month!” said Cassidy

I was extremely happy. I mean I could just go grab a carrot right now and jump on a bed because of my happiness.

“The best part is that when they come back, they stay for a week and then they go to Puerto Rico for another month!” said Johnny.

I was just too excited. I couldn’t believe this I won’t really have to see them for two months. Ok I really need a carrot to eat and then I’m going to hop like a bunny all the way to the park and burn off some energy. Wait! I have to know when they are leaving.

“Hey um guys, when are they leaving?” I asked. Hoping it was tomorrow. I mean the sooner or better.

“They are leaving tomorrow” Johnny said.

This is the best day of my life!

Chapter two was pretty long I really liked it. the next few chapters might have some new characters. I hope u enjoyed chapter 2   :)
