Chapter 29

*Lacey POV*

 I can’t believe me and Louis are going on our date! I had an hour to get ready. Louis had told me to wear something comfortable and casual. I wore my high-waisted shorts and a floral strapless top. I then wore my vans that had mini red roses on them. I kept my hair down and made a simple braid and clipped it to the side of my hair. I went light on my; just some mascara and my favorite lip gloss, cotton candy! I had about ten minutes left until we would go. I walked down the hall and Cassidy and Johnny were kissing.

 “Get a room!” they broke away quickly and tried to act natural.

 “I assume you have a date to attend!” Cassidy smirked.

 “Indeed I do! What about you guys?” I asked smirking back at them referring to their kiss.

 “I am taking Cassidy out next week. We are going to this really fancy restaurant” says Johnny. Cassidy nodded and they went into their room.

 I just went down stairs and watched some TV.  A couple of minutes passed and I got a text. I read the text from Sierra, Emma, and Ally. They said good luck on my date. I texted them back and said thanks. I looked at the time and thought maybe I should head to the garden.

 I walked to the park and made my way towards the garden. I walked up to the front of it and took a deep breath. I was worried about this date. I might end up embarrassing myself. I took another deep breath and pushed the branches out of my way. I looked up and Harry and Zayn lead me towards a mini pond. They were pointing at it but I didn’t get what they meant. I realized the lily pads were shaped into an “L” my first initial. It had some flowers around it. I walked further then Liam and Niall stopped me. They sat me at a bench and then they brought out a rose for me. I smelt it and it smelt so good. I loved the date already! It was even the perfect weather. Not to hot and windy. Actually there was no wind at all. I stepped over the tree roots and saw a picnic blanket with delicious looking fruit. I can’t believe he went through all this trouble for me. I sat on the blanket and wondered where he was. He appeared from the bush and he had kissed me on the cheek.

 “Louis this is beautiful” I smiled.

 “Well I did it for you!”

 “Thank you so much!”

 “I have one more thing to show you” he got up and held my hand. The boys were standing there smiling at me. They were standing next to each other and kept looking behind them.

 “I’m ready for her to see it!” Louis clapped.

 The boys moved over and revealed rose petals. The colorful rose petals were in a shape of a heart. The red rose petal spelled out, ‘Will you be my girlfriend?’  I gasped and covered my mouth with my hand. Louis held mine hand into his and he looked down at me.

 “Will you officially be my girlfriend, Lacey?” he seemed nervous.

 “Of course I would” he leaned in and kissed me. I heard the boys clapping. I went over to them and hugged them.

 “Congratulations!” they said in unison.

 “Thank you guys so much!”

 Our date went really well. I found out Liam had planned the date and Louis came up with the rose petal idea. I can’t believe I’m officially Louis Tomlinson’s girlfriend! I felt some tears streaming down my face because of how wonderful this all was.

 I am officially in love with Louis William Tomlinson.
