Monday, 7:50am
David's POV
I'm walking with Gabbie and Alex as we arrive at school. It's weird between Gabbie and I and she's a little pissed at me. I don't know why I kissed her.It's like I just feel like if I kissed her she would turn into Liza or something. But of course instead I made things worse than it already is.

5th period- The whole squad has that period together
Ms.Kathline walks into the class with a sad expression on her face. Some people ask her what's wrong. I look around to see Liza's seat empty. She didn't come today. And it hurt not to see her perfect smile. "Okay class I know a bunch of you were friends with Liza Koshy so I feel like you should have the right to know what happened". We all look at her confused. Ms.Kathline was a great teacher. She was cool. She wasn't some old Russian lady that's still kinda hip. She's just someone who's passionate about teaching youth. "Mr.Dobrik I believe you and Liza are in a relationship is that correct?" She says and I look at my desk. "Not anymore" I mumble as Ms.Kathline looks sad. "Are you Okay?" She says and I scoff. "I broke it off with her. She's just a whore looking for attention-" I say and Ms.Kathline snaps at me. "MR.DOBRIK! This amount of disrespect is unacceptable. You don't even know what happened to her did you?" She says and I nod my head no. She focuses herself so she's facing the class. "Liza's in the hospital right now. She attempted to commit suicide. She lost a ton of blood" the teacher says. After that I don't even speak. I can't. Tears go down my face as I sob. Everything is in slow motion. Liza Koshy. My girl. My best friend. My everything, hurt herself because of me. I did that. I hear muffled voices but I didn't care there was a ringing sound in my ear as I see black.

The nurses office
Still David's POV
I wake up and sit up straight. I rub my eyes as I try to figure out where I am. That's when I see the nurse look at me and smile. "Hey there honey. You passed out during 5th period. You had everyone scared to death!"She said. "Well anyway, your friends are outside waiting for you! Goodbye!" She said and gave me an ice pack. Typical. I walk out and see all of my friends. Gabbie and Kristen looked like they've been crying and the rest look sad. "Hey guys I'm okay" I saw and in a calm voice but Gabbie snaps at me. "No one fucking cares if you're ok! You put Liza in the HOSPITAL!" She yells at me and starts to cry again. Zane pulls her back and consuls her. Everything Gabbie said was true. I did this to Liza.

Tuesday morning at school: The whole squad is together
We're all kind of off since Liza wasn't here. It's hard for all of use to see a friend, a best friend, and a girlfriend go through this. We're all quiet until we see Liza talking with our principal. Gabbie and Kristen run to her just like the rest of us. "LIZA!!" They scream with excitement. "Hi guys" she says quietly. I walk up to her and she stares at me for a while. "Liza are you okay?!?!?" Everyone says. "Um, I'm not the greatest but I think this change will help me a lot"Liza says and everyone is confused. "What do you mean?" Scott says and we all nod. "Well," Liza says a little nervous as she looks at our principal. "Well Elizabeth here is transferring schools" our principal as we stand there in shock. "Um, WHAT?!?" Gabbie says. "I'm moving back to Houston today" Liza says looking at everyone except me. "Liza we are terribly sorry for everything that's happened to you but I hope you are better in your school in Houston" The principal says and I tear escapes from my eye. "Thank you" Liza says and the whole group doesn't know what to do. We just stood there in awe.
No ones POV
That night Liza left L.A and moved to Houston with her mom and dad. She still kept in touch with the while group besides David. David was completely appalled at what he did to Liza. He couldn't forgive himself.
*Graduation*
2 years later
David's POV
We did it. We graduated. I can believe that I didn't graduate with Liza. At least she's happy. Zane and Heath are throwing a graduation party tonight and we're all excited however I didn't really care as much.
*Time skip to the party*

Liza has arrived to L.A. She wanted to surprise everyone after they had graduated. She knew Zane and Heath are throwing a party since it was all over social media. She walked into the party in a beautiful dress and her cute short hair bouncing. Almost immediately, the whole squad ran to her. "LIZA OH MY GOD YOU'RE HERE!!" Said Gabbie. "MY LITTLE BROWN GIRL IS BACK!" Said Kristen. And blah blah blah. Then she saw David. And David saw her. He walked up to her and hugged her tight. "Liza.. you're back!" He breathlessly. "I am" she giggled. He leaned in and kisses her passionately. But she pulled away.
"David I can't be with you" Liza said and David looked at her confused. "Why?"
"I have a boyfriend back in Houston".
