"BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!"
"Ugh, already?" I yawned.
It was my alarm that went off every sixth hour of the morning. I had barely gotten three hours of sleep, so I was tempted to just hit snooze.
But I was also incredibly hungry.
I sat up and straightened my back, poppinghad at least twenty vertebrae, making me wake up and feel invigorated.
"Still have six languages to translate," I muttered. "Huh?"
Why was my duvet on my back?
Strange. I didn't remember ever putting it on before dozing off.
Must just be memory loss due to sleep deprivation.
About sleep, I had a really weird dream.
We were all eating at the dinner table, when suddenly Tzuyu tripped while trying to walk over to the fridge to get some more chocolate milk.
I remembered calling her name as I tried to help her up.
She's insane when it comes to that stupid drink.
I disregard my thoughts and get up to put on a new hoodie, since the one I was wearing reeked of instant coffee.
Opening my bedroom door into the living room, I gladly welcomed the dim morning light and coolness, smiling.
I slipped on the cotton flip flops that were sitting near the door and walked into the kitchen, opening up the bottom cabinet to find some instant ramen, when I heard some light footsteps coming into the living room.
"Oh, good morning, Tzuyu," I waved. "You're up early."
"Oh- I didn't know you were awake!" She chuckled. "Good morning! Yeah, I wake up the earliest here."
"That's cool," I smiled. "That means we'll be the only ones up alone early."
"Um, yes," she looked down, waving her hair.
What's up with her?
I decided to ignore her weird behavior, assuming that it must just be her morning self, like most people.
"Want some ramen?" I asked.
I almost saw her drool right then and there.
"Yes, please," she said with her eyes dilated, almost scaring me.

"How's the ramen?" I asked Tzuyu.
"S-spicy!" she panted, fanning her mouth with her hand.
I quickly got to the fridge and got the milk carton, to which I poured it into a glass.
"Here," I handed the milk over.
"Why did you give me something this spicy!?" She demanded.
I checked the ramen pack that I had cooked, which read:
SAMYANG NOODLES! EXTRA HOT! 불닭볶음면
"Oh," I said blankly. "Well it isn't that spicy, honestly," I shrugged.
"Well it's spicy for me, you moron!" She whispered loudly. "Just you wait for me to get back at you!"
"Oh, I'm so scared, Mom," I mocked her, grinning smugly.
"Oh, you!"
Every time I was with her,
I was smiling.
