Victoria opened her eyes slowly to see she had been confined to a bed. She tried with all her powers to break free but it was fruitless. The ropes held her tightly.
The door flung open and Victor came in holding a glass of blood. Victoria licked her lips at the sight of blood in Victor's hands. Her eyes had become bloodshot as she had not fed in a while.
Victor pulled a chair close to the bed and sat. "Tell me Seraya, who do you answer to?"
She bit her lower lip 'he was striking a deal with her. If she gave him the information he needed, he would give her blood. Joachim hadn't even come to look for her. He didn't care if something might have happened to her.' She felt alone and vulnerable. 'Perhaps if she told him what he wanted he would let her go and stop calling her Seraya.'
He saw pain in her eyes. Her mind was filled with so many thoughts. Thoughts of betrayal, and a man. He recognized ha face. It was Joachim. 'Was she in love with the prince?' He loosened the ropes that had tied her down. 'She was weak, she would not run' he thought. "Speak" he commanded but she was falling asleep. He went into her mind and got the information's he needed. She was working for Joachim.
He held the cup to her mouth and held her up with his other arm so she could drink. She quickly drank the blood and licked her lips. "Thank you"
He locked the door and changed his clothes. He had gotten more than enough information from Seraya. There was a wedding he needed to crash.
Stephanie heaved a sigh of relief when she saw Victor. He had come just in time to rescue her from this hell of a wedding. She ran from the altar into his arms and he hugged her.
Joachim frowned "what is the meaning of this?!"
The King wanted going to confront the stranger that had entered the church but the Queen held him back. Jackie stood on her her toes to see what was going on but Rachel quickly covered her face with her palm.
Victor glared at Joachim. No one knew the Prince was a vampire. He smirked then covered Stephanie with his cloak and left the church with an inhuman speed. The Prince followed not minding the gasps that filled the air and the people running out of the church seeing the Prince was a vampire.
Joachim stopped at the middle of the forest. He had been following Stephanie's scent and the trail had stopped there. He looked around trying to catch a glimpse of Victor but he saw nothing. He had almost given up until he heard rustling of leaves. He turned to see Victor standing some metres away.
He moved with speed and Victor did same. They wrestled throwing curses at each other using their powers.
Victor was careful not to bite Joachim, he only scratched him with his nails as the blood of a dark witch could kill a white witch if taken forcefully and vice versa. It was obvious Joachim did not know this as he forcefully bit Victor on the wrist.
Victor groaned and pulled his hand away. Joachim gave a loud cry as he fell to his knees with blood gushing from his organs. He fell flat and saw Victor walking to towards where he lay. He could feel himself fading little by little. He was turning into ashes. His vision blurred and he covered his ears as screams of people he had killed filled his ears.
"Goodbye Fiend"
Victoria entered Joachim's room and found it empty. The castle was also empty and she wondered where everyone had gone. 'They all couldn't have gone for the wedding. Where could everyone be?' She sensed something was wrong and quickly went to pack her belongings.
She got to the castle entrance and found a carriage that hadn't been there when she first came in. A weird looking man with weird eyes like that of a vampire was standing beside the carriage. He walked up to her and covered her with a thick big coat she wondered if it was winter.
