The whole ride there I asked her random questions about where we were and about her life. She knew most of them and the ones she didn't know, I told her and she got them. I didn't know what was wrong but all I knew was that I was gonna do anything to make sure she "kept trying". I don't really know what that meant but from what I've experienced that's not a good thing.
We got to the hospital and Normani was almost back to normal. When she tried to walk she had a few fumbles but not that bad. We walked into the hospital and went to her grandma's emergency room as fast as we could. Normani barged in. "What's wrong!", she yelled. 4 doctors all looked towards her, with sad frowns. One put what he had in his hand down, and walked over to her. She grabbed one of her hands, I held the other. "Sweetie, is this your mom?", she asked pointing over to her grandma. "No! What's wrong with her!?", she screamed. "I need you to leave honey.", she instructed. "No! Tell me what's wrong! Please!", she cried. I grabbed her hands and tried to pull her out of the room but she fought back. So I wrapped my arms around her and picked her up. "Camila! Put me down!", she said flailing. I just carried her out of the room and into the hallway.
"Camila! Why did you do that!", Normani yelled after I put her down. "I know your yelling because your mad so i'm gonna let it slide.", I said being a bit angry she was yelling. "You carried me out of the room my dying grandmother is in!" I gasped,"The doctor told you to leave!" "I know your upset and you don't wanna be here, and I don't wanna be here either but-" "Yeah well, no one asked you to be!", she cut me off. I was shocked. I never thought Normani would yell at me like that, or at all for that fact. "Okay. Fine.", I said. I picked up my stuff and putting my jacket on. "Tell your mom i'm sorry.", I said with a sigh. With one last teardrop, I turned around and walked out of that hospital with no intention of going back in, to Normani.
