"So where are you gonna stay?", Lauren asked. "I was hoping to stay with you.", I said in a hopeful tone. "Yeah that's fine. Need to get clothes?" I sighed and then answered. "Yeah, go to Normani's house. All of them are there." Lauren looked over at me for a few seconds and then back at the road.
The ride was quiet but me and Lauren talked and sang to some songs on the radio. When she pulled into the parking lot, I got out and around to her side. She put her window down," I'll be out soon. Gotta go through the back.", I said putting to the back. Lauren nodded and put her window back up.
I walked around the back of the house and went into the back door. the alarm started going off but I knew the pin because Normani told me. So I put the pin in and went upstairs. I went into Normani's and grabbed all my clothes, putting them in my bag. I went into Normani's closet and grabbed one of her sweatshirts. I left my sweatshirt laid out on her bed. I grabbed a piece of paper off her desk and started writing:
Normani,
I'm sorry that that's how I left. I know your gonna be mad and probably not even gonna read this note. But I wanted to apologize for yelling at you. I hope you don't mind but I took your champion sweatshirt. If you want it back just text me and i'll bring it to you. I'm really sorry, again. I talk to you later. ❤️
