AN: IM NOT GONNA LEAVE YOU GUYS HANGING!!!!
Duncan's POV
I was well. I was searching with Sjin. On mars. Oh if only Kim could see me now. "Kim...." I whispered, Sjin turned to me, smiling, "we will find her Duncan. I know she hates me, but I want to help." He says, I nod. "I know you do. I know."
We searched and searched. But we found nothing. Till now. I shout came from nearby me and Sjin looked to each other, and sprinted toward it. "Kim!" I yelled as loud I could. We ran and ran, till we reached a huge building.
I looked up, it seemed like and everyday building, expect being made of of the stuff on mars. I glanced to Sjin, who was already climbing the rock. I joined him, getting to the top and going in first.
"Kim!" I yelled, I wanted to hear her. I wanted to know she was safe. And to joy, she did, "D-Duncan?! Help!!" her voice, it was in pain and joy. I didn't wait for Sjin, I ran to her voice, looking everywhere. Till at last...i saw her. She was beat and bruised, her flux glow looked dim. "Kim....are you-" I fell to the ground by the sudden hit of something. I turned around sharply, only to see...."Sips?" I say. Kim gets up, she's weak and scared of him.
"No," she says, "Zips."
Kim's POV
"No," I say, "Zips." Zips, Sips's alien ego. He was the one who beat me till my glow faded. He was the one who would scream and yell at me if I ever mentioned any of my friends names. But here Duncan was, alive and well, here he was....saving me.
"D-Duncan b-be careful!" I say, He smirked, I smiled, "like I ever am?" he says, I laugh, which made Zips cover his ears. Duncan looked to him, then to me, "oh no! You are not-" he tickled me.
And I laughed so much.
I couldn't believe we had brought Zips down in a matter of seconds, I looked to Duncan, who was smiling right back to me. I couldn't take it, I gave him a quick peck on the cheek. He blushed brightly, and looked too me.
"I-I....sorry Duncan! I shouldn't have done that! I-" was cut off my him pressing his lips to mine. He looked at me after we separated, his face a bright red, probably mine as well. "Duncan....i-I....love you." I finally said it. I finally said it.
Duncan's POV
After we had parted I stared a her, her face glowing. Then she spoke words I had only dreamed to hear.
"I....Love you."
I hugged her, and kissed her forehead, I looked up to see Sjin, giving me a thumbs up. I had to choke down a laugh, not to ruin the moment. After the hug we just looked at each other. "Lets go home Kim. I think we've had enough space fun for now." I finally say. Kim nods in agreement.
And we leave the fort.
We leave the moon.
And we start something new.
"I've found my scientist yes I have! My scientist~!" I laughed. And she laughed with me as we sat on a hill, watching the moon rise. I was afraid I'd lose her again. And I promised myself I won't.
