"Say Martyn? Do you remember when we first met?" Toby asked. Martyn smiled and nodded, "od course I do. I remember every second I'm with you."
~Flashback~
Martyn looked at the boy who had fainted on the ground. He approached cautiously and picked him up, he saw that the brown haired boy was badly hurt. He ran back too the camp and set him down on his bed, Martyn placed his hand on his heart.
Why am I helping him? Martyn thought, he shook his head, "because its the right thing too do." He said healing him with his magic. He looked for the boys heart. But....there was no heart.

Toby woke up with a pain in his chest. He groaned and saw a mirror, he walked over looked at his eyes. They weren't white. "there not white anymore..." Toby grinned, "I'm glad your ok. You took a lot of time to heal you. And finding out your a brineborn I was taken back!" Toby jumped and turned around.
He saw a boy with beautiful blue eyes, a messy blond hair. He wore a bandana too keep it up. "I-I'm Toby...thanks..." He said. The boy smiled, "I'm Martyn LittleWood Jones. I'm the king of saplings, I control all the nature around us."
Toby smiled at Martyn, "neat, as you know I'm Toby, and...I don't know." The two smiled at each other and laughed.
"Could I stay here? I don't really have anywhere else too go." Toby asked blushing. Martyn grinned and hugged him, "I wouldn't have it any other way!"
~End Flashback~
"who knew it would end like this..." Toby said sadly, Martyn smiled weakly at him, "don't cry...I'll always be here. It just may take awhile...f-for me...t-to..gr...ow....back..." Martyn closed his eyes. And vanished slowly into the ground. Toby cried over his friend.
"Don't leave me Martyn!! Please!!! I don't have a heart without you!!" Toby cried, "its all my fault...im sorry. I couldn't control it."
