Fucking run. Was all i could think as I crawled through the small vents of this hellhole. What the hell had gotten into Xephos?! He'd gone completely mad! I scowled and vowed revenge if I ever made it out alive.
Suddenly I could hear a soft humming coming from below me. I could recognize the tune. But I didn't know from where...Suddenly the vent collapsed and I fell down. Hard. I groaned and rubbed my head, I look down and there I saw him.

"Nice try asshole. I've tried that plenty of times before." His usual smirk was still there, his face said he laughed at me but his eyes said he was afraid. "And what are you doing here?!" I asked in a harsh manner. He chuckled.
"You kill a few people here and there, you get caught by a mad man and get placed in a cage. Pretty much, anything Xephos wants to learn he takes it and studies it in the most painful ways possible." Lalnable said. I rolled my eyes, "like you can do better?" He smirked, "Of course I can. But you, have to help me out. Help me help you. Simple?"
I thought it over for a few moments, they shrugged. If there was anyway I was getting out I was gonna need help. I bashed on the glass till it broke, I grabbed his arm and lifted him up.
"Ok. Lesson one Rythian, don't go in the vents. If you get to far poison gas leaks into and you die." I nodded, we got up and looked down, "Lesson two, don't go down, its a bottomless pit. You die."
I nodded, he pointed toward the hallway which was covered with glass. "Lesson three, there is only one way in. One way out. And that is through the main door. The vault." He started running and crashed through glass, landing perfectly.
"Come on enderboy!" He teased. I smirked, he looked at this like a game! I ran and jumped, he caught me and pulled me over. "Thanks." I mumbled. He nodded and we started running.
Of course we had to be sneaky. "lesson four," he whispered, "Make sure you have a distraction." Lalnable raced over to a giant zombie and pointed toward his cage. The zombie nodded and raced off.
"Also make sure the distraction is dumb." I grinned and we raced off.

"The door! Come on!" I yelled, he nodded and we ran through. I opened the door and went through. I was free. I turned back too Lalnable.
"You coming?" I asked, he shook his head. "Someone has to help the others get out one day. For now, I'll reside here. And take him out." Suddenly the door shut and I saw Lalnable get knocked out. I didn't wait and ran and ran.
