Laoshi, on the other hand, sighed happily. "I had no idea that when I took her in I was doing myself a favor. Her natural talent is beyond what has been seen for over a hundred years. And I haven't even seen her fight yet." It was obvious that this man felt proud to have her as his disciple. This strong and confident man who normally doesn't even put a prince in his eyes had a soft expression whenever he thought of this tough, course, little, cute girl.

Ma Guiying sighed, "Of please, we all know you only think that because she took you by surprise and made you fall on your butt. As if a girl could win against you with normal means."

"No, she certainly beat me. Fair and square." He began walking into the forest.

"Oh, come on! Just admit it already!" Ma Guiying followed after him.

The smal girl, with her head down, shuffled after them quietly.

She'd went further in than they thought she could have gone. They were already a few kilometers in yet they hadn't yet run into her.

Ma Guiying was starting to get nervous. The beasts got bigger the further you went in. It was like a jungle, only with magical, powerful beasts instead of just mortal beasts. It wasn't like you were going to find a lion at the airport.

"Wait, do lions live in the jungle?" Ma Guiying mumbled. Just as she was looking to Laoshi for a reply he suddenly stopped in his tracks.

The girls looked around him.

In front of Laoshi, lying dead, was a hou. The hou was a magical type of money that used its inner power to move at speeds as fast as the wind and change direction faster than almost every other low-tier beast. Though it was common, they generally didn't attack unless agitated. But once they did than whoever and whatever was in their path was crossed off as dead immediately.

That was because once one came... they all came. With anger.

"You don't think..." Ma Guiying shivered. Had Addor aggravated it? She couldn't say it. Because if she had than that would mean that she would already be...

Laoshi nodded solemnly, "Dead."
