Once in a lifetime (R5 Love Story)

Tour Prep & Surprises

A week later R5 announced that they would be starting a 3 month tour. This meant that there was a lot of planning going on around the Lynch’s house. Natti and I were doing everything we could to help them out.

I was om Riker and Rocky’s room helping them to figure out a set list, as they wanted a ‘fans’ opinion on what to play. We decided on them starting with (I Can’t) Forget About you followed by: Here Comes Forever, Pass Me By, Crazy 4 U, I Want You Bad, A Billion Hits, If I Can’t Be with you, Love Me Like That, then their Instagram picture,  Wishing I was 23, Crazy Stupid Love, Fallin’ For You, Cali Girls, Ain’t No Way We’re Goin’ Home, and for the encore, One Last Dance Followed by Loud. While I was helping Rocky and Riker, Natti was helping Stormie pick the clothes that the band would need to take with them on tour for the shows.

We were all gathered for dinner, Stormie had invited Liz over because she had some important news to tell all of us.

“Alright so I know you’re all wondering what I have to say. The thing is it has to do with tour.”

“Mom, just tell us.”

“Well, we have a bigger bus this time, meaning there will be extra room on the bus, so i was wondering if Natti and Nici wanted to go with us.”

“Really?”

“Yes, so what do you girls say?”

“Liz can we?”

“Yes.”

“We’d love to come.”

“Great.”

After dinner Rocky and I went back up to his and Rikers room.

“So Nici do you want to write a duet to sing on tour with me?”

“I would, but I don’t like my voice.”

“Nici, I’ve heard you sing and you have a great voice.”

“Thanks, lets get to work on the song than.”

We went down to the practice room to start writing the song. Rocky was working out the guitar parts while i was figuring out the melody using Rydel’s keyboard. Once we had the basics worked out we called down the rest of the band to work out the rest. Once we had everything figgured out we had Mark Stormie and Ryland come down to hear what we had.

“Wow that was good, are you going to sing in on tour?”

“We were thinking about .”

“You should, and Delly Nici and Natti should write and sing a song too.”

“Alright.”

The boys left leaving us girls in the practice room to write our song. We decided to write about our friendship, and how we became like sisters from strangers. Omce we had all the words written out we had the boys come down to help us with the music. We spent a good two hours  working on the song.

“Alright guys wer’re done. We’ll be in my room, don’t bother us unless it’s an emergancy.”

“What if we wanted to hang out with them?”

“Too bad it’s girl time.”

Dell Natti and I went up to Rydel’s room and closed the door.

“Alright girlies, girls night  before we go on tour, this will be the last time we wont have to deal with the boys.”

“So what are we going to do?”

“Prank the boys, girl talk, truth or dear, movies, then in the morning before we leave we’ll give eachother makeovers.”
