"Never", confessed Shouto with his mellifluous voice. His hand was placed on my cheek, rubbing it softly. I tried to hold it in, but my tears slid down my eyes. "even if my.. family are villains?", I sobbed. Now Shouto wrapped his arms around me. "I know everything about you, you are not bad. Never will be.", he whispered in my ear. "You always been on my side and helped me in every situation. I trust you and believe in you. So never doubt again.", Shouto ended. I nuzzled in his chest. "is there anything you want to change about me?", I asked doubtfully again. Shouto made a brooding expression. "maybe your last name?", he joked. I chuckled and teasingly pinched his cheeks. He surely managed to make me laugh in a situation like this.
"And what if I won't marry you?", I teased him back. Shouto lifted his eyebrows and poked my forehead. "no problem, I still have Momo." I slapped his chest. He knows very well that I don't like her. "never mind, I'll still take you. Nobody can replace you.", explained Shouto. I nodded in agreement. Shouto's grip on me was still tight. If nobody interrupted us he would stay like this longer, but sadly mister Aizawa came and asked us to help. We entered the building, filled with heroes. "can you guys help department 3, while we take care of 4?", Sir Aizawa asked. He asked tough we couldn't say no, could we?
We agreed and went upstairs. While we were sorting 'secret' folders, Shouto came closer to ask something. "I know a very good noodle shop, Should we go?", Shouto suggested. we rapidly finished our tasks and left. Today it was a national holiday, so everybody in the city had a day off. The streets were filled with lots of people; children playing around with their all might balloons. "You know why this day is special right?", Shouto said while he took my hand. I wrapped my arm around his and asked him the explain. Even if I knew why it is a national day, listening to his stories is one of the things I admire the most. "6 years ago, but at the same day as today. The big superhero All Might rescued the city from villains. After that the government stated this date as a holiday.", Shouto made a blissful face. "Woah! My smart Shouto knows every thing so well!", I complimented him. He just puffed and lifted his chin. After I praise him, Shouto always gets this 'I'm the smartest and the best'-attitude. I don't care what others think but for me he looks hella cute when He acts like that.
The streets were full and we could barely walk. Shouto suddenly found a small path and we escaped from the crowd. The little streets he knew were filled with stalls with food and activities. When we were passing by I saw a stall with a game. If you threw 5 cans down, you could win a teddy bear. Of course I wanted one. "Shouto! Can you win a teddy bear for me!", I begged him. He didn't broke me and tried. "Well well! We have a winner!", the stall-owner shouted when Shouto threw all of the cans down. Shouto accepted the price and gave me the big teddy bear. I giggled and thanked him. Unfortunately this was the only stall we joined. We didn't want to eat snacks either, otherwise we would be full for noodles. Just right before we wanted to enter another street, We heard voices screaming our names. The others were here too, what a coincidence!
"Woah [y/n], you won such a nice price!", Midoriya complimented me. I pointed at Shouto who was blushing a little. "I didn't win it, Todoroki did!", I said. Momo glanced at the bear and right after at me. She whispered something to Jiro. But Jiro made a 'whatever, skip them'-hand gesture. "Have fun guys, Shouto and I are leaving.", I wanted to say bye. Uraraka tried to convince us to stay, however I promised Shouto for the noodle shop. Shouto and I went on, after refusing the sad girl's offer again. "It's at the end of this road.", Shouto stated.
"Welcome!", the chef in the restaurant greeted and welcomed us. It was a small shop, but it was quit full. We took place on the the table placed around the kitchen. The chef was direct before us, he was preparing other clients noodles. "I see that you brought a guest today, shouto shounen!", the cheerful chef said the shouto, meaning me with the 'Guest'. The cook served other's the noodles and directly came to us. "Two cold sobas please.", Shouto ordered for us. While we were waiting Shouto received a phone-call. It was from his sister. "Sorry, need to take this one.", Shouto excused and went outside.
I felt a little uncomfortable when he left. I was the only girl in the whole restaurant. Next to me were a couple of males drinking. They don't look very old. Something in their twenties maybe? Whatever, they look very drunk. I beter stay away from the- "Oya oya oya, what brings you here pretty girl!", the one that was the closest to me hanged is arm on my shoulder. I pushed his arm away and moved to another chair. "Where are you going? I won't do bad!", he shouted and followed me. "Go away.. leave me alone...", I sighed but he didn't listen. The drunk man didn't stop touching me and talking to me. "Cute girl, why do you run away the whole time? I told you that I wont do bad!", he said as last. Now he went to far. I told him enough times that he needs to stop bothering me. Just before I wanted to scream, A hand reached out and took my arm. It was Shouto with a displeased expression plastered on his face. "Chef, we're leaving. Cancel the noodles.", shouto informed with a pissed voice.
I tried to calm him down but Shouto didn't want to stay any longer at the same place as these drunk bastards. "Why didn't you directly come outside?", he asked while we walked down the street. Shouto worriedly walked close to me. "Nothing happend, why did we leave? It was no problem for me.", I said but Shouto already decided. The sky was darker and the streets were filled with lights. "Let's buy some yakitori* and find the others.", shouto suggested while he stood in the line. I took my phone and messaged the others. Uraraka messaged me back, telling me they all gathered behind a tree. After shouto bought the snacks, we hurried to our friend. "Fast! The firework show starts soon!", I pulled Shoutos arm. He smirked and teasingly walked in slow motion. "Come on!", I pulled his arm harder. But he acted lazy and didn't want to run.
I let go and ran without him. When I wanted to look behind me, I saw completely black. "Shouto?", I whispered. No response. "Shoutoooo?!", I screamed. Still nobody answered me. I looked forward again and came eye in eye with someone. I gasped, taking a step backwards. The person's face was covered in blood. Her green eyes were glancing at me. The scary person leaned closer to me.
"I missed you, my problematic daughter.", she whispered.
