3rd person Will POV

November 10

I should never have left him alone. What the hell was I thinking? It's all my fault. Nico is going to die and its all my fault!

Will paced around the Hufflepuff Common Room. Several students gave him harsh looks. He was obviously annoying them. He heard banging on the door and rushed to open it.
Someone must have forgotten the password.

Will yanked the door open.

"Come with me!" Hazel dragged Will out of the common room. She had a smile on her face which was odd seeing as her brother is currently hospitalized and probably dying.

"What are you so happy about?" Will asked as she dragged him down the hallway.

Hazel stopped abruptly and looked the blond boy in the eyes. Her messy brown hair framed her face and her golden eyes had the light back in them that had been ripped out by Nico's attack.

"Nico is going to be okay! C'mon! If we hurry we can go visit!" Hazel grabbed Will's hand, forcing him to move again, even though he hadn't quite processed the information.

Nico's okay. He's not dead. I have my boyfriend back. Wait, is he even my boyfriend? We never talked about it. It was a secret, no is a secret. Why does he want it to be a secret? Is it more than not wanting to endanger me? He's out, and plenty of people suspect me, I know it. So why does he want to keep me in the closet along with our relationship. Will shook his head. That doesn't matter now. We have time to talk about it. Thank God we have time to talk about it. Nico, don't scare me like that again.

They turned the corner to the hospital wing. Will ran in and the world seemed to move in slow motion. Will stopped when he saw his maybe-sorta-boyfriend. He was sitting upright in a different bed, the other one very bloodstained. He was even paler than usual which was extremely worrisome, but there's no time for that. He is alive and that's all that mattered to Will.

Nico turned his head and his eyes lit up when he say Hazel and despite Madam Pomfrey's efforts to keep him still, Nico raised his arms for Will.

Will ran to him and before he knew what he was doing, kissed Nico. Nico's eyes widened, but kissed back. Madam Pomfrey and Hazel backed away when the doors burst open. Jason, Reyna, Piper, Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Leo, and Calypso all burst into the room and stood shell shocked at the sight before them.

Will didn't care, and Nico didn't seem to either, which was odd after his previous requests. In fact, they didn't stop kissing until Hazel cleared her throat.

"Screw secrets." Nico whispered when Will pulled away.

Will turned his head to the crowd who stood waiting for some one to break the silence. Piper was the first to speak.

"I KNEW IT! I F***ING KNEW IT! YOU GUYS ARE ADORABLE! LEO YOU OWE ME FIFTY SICKLES! PAY UP MISTER!" Piper screamed holding her hand out to Leo.

Leo mumbled something about 'not seeing the chemistry' and pulled out his wallet, handing Piper the money.

Frank's eyes were wide in shock and his jaw was practically on the ground.

"Okay, yeah. We're dating. Get over it and fill me in on what I missed!" Nico rolled his eyes but his pale cheeks were redder than a lava flavored Burtie Bott's Every Flavour Bean.

"More like you tell us what happened. We need all the details about the murderer." Percy crossed his arms. Reyna gasped and Annabeth put his hand over Percy's mouth.

Leo, Calypso, and Piper all looked around in surprise.

"Okay, cough it up. What have you not told us?" Piper glared at her boyfriend.

"Ummm. Remember how I said I went to club meetings after dinner? I lied. Yes, they are club meetings, but they are meetings of the Nico Protection Squad-"

"I still object to that name! And you guys failed at your jobs if your mission is to protect me."

Jason glared at Nico. "And we are currently trying to solve the mystery of who killed Hyacinth and Bianca."

Nico made a pained face when Jason mentioned Bianca. Whether it was from physical pain, or emotional pain, Will didn't know.

At that moment, two people ran into the room. The ensemble turned to them and saw that the two boys were carrying two other students. One was an unconscious, pale girl with straight caramel blonde hair that had green streaks in it. A tan boy with curly hair was carrying her. The boy next to him was a muscly black guy carrying a pale guy with black hair that looked kind of like and older Nico.

"Help!" The tan one holding the girl cried.

Madam Pomfrey rushed over and helped them lay the two down on beds.

"All of you should leave. These two need immediate medical attention." Madam Pomfrey waved towards the door and the group shuffled out.

Will kissed Nico on the cheek.

"I'll tell you everything I find out." Nico whispered to Will before he left.
