Destiny's p.o.v

Its been years since I was last in Idris but it was still as beautiful as ever, especially the demon towers. They were always my favorite thing about Alicante even as a young girl. The city seemed like such a cavernous place to a young child, all the streets looping and connecting into one another.

There was always things to do as a young Shadowhunter here. From learning about the various runes to basic fight training. We had everything. But I hadn't been here in years, my father would being me here with him when ever he was summoned by the Clave. I just loved it here.

Although I hadn't been here in years, I had managed to find my way to the Inquisitors house from my memories. This is where my meeting will be held.I knocked on the door and Imogen answered it.

"Welcome Mrs, Lightwood," she says leading me into the parlor where my Dad and Alec's parents were.

"Father, I missed you," I say as he comes to hug me. I hadn't seen him for a few weeks.

"Awe I missed you too my little girl," he says.

We all sit down and began to discuss the situation "This girl has broken 18 clave rules and she needs to be stopped," the Inquisitor said.

We all nodded before Maryse began speaking "Destiny we were talking before you got here and have come to a conclusion," she said and I nodded.

"OK, do tell me, I'm all ears," I say.

"Well we decided that you must keep the Morganstern girl on a leash, now to do that dear I want you to keep her busy, make time to train her and if she ever wants to leave she either takes Jace with her or you use some of your fairy magic to keep her in the Institute," she says and I nod to say that I understand.

"You think you can to that my dear" Dad says and I nod.

"Yeah I can do that," I say and the Inquisitor smiles.

"Then it's settled, enjoy your portal back home dear," she says as a portal opens and I wave before stepping through.

As I step into the Institute I see Clary trying to leave by herself so a snap my fingers and she freezes in place.

"What did you do to her?" I hear Simon say worryingly.

"Oh don't worry Simon, she hasn't been harmed, she's just frozen in suspended animation so she can't leave," I say as Alec and the others come over.

"I see you have a better control at your magic," Izzy says standing next to me.

"Well practice does make perfect, just ask Alec and his awesome bow skills," I say as he puts his arms around me.

"Now Simon I'm going to unfreeze her and when I do she will be sleeping so can you catch her and bring her to her room," I say and he nods, I snap my fingers and Simon catches her and brings her to her room.

"Well now that that's done, I'm off to bed," I say before walking down to my room, falling asleep as soon as I hit the pedal...

Here's a long over due chapter, I'm sorry it took as long to get it up I was busy with school and stuff but I hope you like it and thanks for reading
