Chapter 13

Antheia POV

I feel light like I was just floating on air while I was surrounded by darkness, it was a comfortable, warm safe feeling that I didn't have often. I decided to enjoy it while I can and snuggled into the soft comfortable thing my head was on.

The darkness started to melt away when I was back in the classroom again with Leo. We were in the same position as we were before I black out but he had a different expression on his face. He seemed happy and had a mischievous smile on his face when he moved closer. Then the strangest thing happened he started to touch my arms softly like I was the most fragile thing. I feel his hands slowly moving down the back of my arms I couldn't help but giggle and ask him why he was touching me, his face being so close to mine I could feel my cheeks heating up.

"Leo why are you doing this to me, why do you act so cruel. One minute you are calling me the most disgusting names and then you are going on about how I'm your property. I don't understand at all and you are acting really crazy you need to make up your mind because I'm sick of these head games."

I stare him down waiting for the slightest movement or change in his mood. He kept a blank face, stepping away from me he turns and the walls suddenly disappear. I watch as he walks away from me vanishing from my veiw I fall back into darkness.

My eyes open and close trying to get use to the light that is around me. I take in my surroundings and how warm and comfortable I am, I sit up so I don't drift off back to sleep.

" Well I'm in the nurses office by the looks of it but the last thing I can remember was screaming at the spawn of satan. But we were in a classroom I'm pretty sure so how did I end up here.?"

"No way....no oh god he didn't carry me did he? I'm never going to hear the end of it if he did. Wait I'm way to heavy to be picked up by one person.......I don't wanna know how I ended up in this place. I'm amazed that I'm not on the classroom floor by myself with not even a scratch on me."

I pull the blanket off of my legs and get out of the bed making my way to the door. Opening the door I walk down the hall looking for anyone that might know the time or at least if the drill is over. Giving up I walk back to my classroom to get my stuff.

(" I'm so skipping the rest of today i need some time away to clear my head and finally talk to someone about everything.")

Finally making it back to my belongings I start packing up when I hear foot steps getting louder and louder.

I see a worried looking Leo frantically looking around when he spots me standing in the back of the room. He ran up and grabs me by my upper arms.

"What are you doing walking around right after you collapsed you should be back in the nurses office resting."

"Ok first of all I don't want to be in the infirmary resting because I am fine I was just getting my stuff and going home for the day."

It went silent and it was an unbearable uncomfortable sound for my ears. I go to move his hand away from my left arm so I could move a few steps back from him so I didn't feel so vulnerable.

"Don't try to move my hands off of you.!!!"

His deep voice basically roared, I could feel the anger from him seeping into the air making it hard to breathe. The confidence I had started to gain, started to leave me very quickly. I open my mouth to start speaking but nothing came out I was too scared that he might actually hit me this time, I take a shaky breath.

"Anderson I.... I want to go home can you please let go of my arms. I need to rest but I would like to do so in my own home."

"I will take you home then, finish getting your things and I will drive you home for the day."

"That is not necessary I can make my own way home......"

He squeezed my arms a little but not hard enough to hurt me.

"You are exhausted so much so that you collapsed right in front of me."

"It's nothing really I will be fine on my own I really don't need your help."

"Stop fighting against me about this you are coming with me and I will drive you home end of story."

I could see the determination in his eyes and I knew I wasn't going to get out of this.
