Antheia POV

After crying for 30 minutes in Mary's arms on the classroom floor she helped me up and said we needed to walk to her car. We weaved through the people in the halls keeping my head down so no one can see me at my weakest point. Making it out of the school doors I can still feel Mary's arm around my back holding me tightly until we made it to the car. We separated to get into our seats and it was a nice comfortable feeling being in a safe space, I know what you are thinking how is a car consider a safe place? Well we have been through alot in this little old stallion of a car, Mary even named him Harold to give the car more personality so many good memories in him just makes me feel safe.

We left the schools car park and it was quiet for a little while that was until we drove past my apparment. I turned to ask her why she didn't stop but before I could even open my mouth Mary put her hand up infront of my face.

"Before you even ask I'm not dropping you off at your place because I don't want you to spend the night by yourself. Oh and no there is nothing you can say that will change my mind because we are going to have a nice little chat when we get home."

Mary turned to me with a smile but I knew I was in deep shit, you know when someone forces a smile and their eyes say a different story. Her eyes said that if I refused to talk she would find someway to get it out of me, that is probably why we are going to her house and not mine. Mary lives out of town so I can scream for help all I want but no one will hear me.

"Ok..... But shouldn't we call your mum and dad first to make sure it's ok if I can stay the night."

"Booboo you know they don't mind if you come over to spend the night and plus we have the house to ourselves tonight. Mum and Dad went to stay at Nana's place for the night so we are cool, later we will go out and get junk food for dinner I think we both need it after today hahaha."

"Hahaha sounds good to me."

When we got to Mary's place we went inside and made our way to her bedroom. I can start to feel the anxiety building up in my chest.

("What happens if after I tell her she gets mad at me from keeping it from her, what happens if she tries to get in his face about everything.......I don't know what's going to happen but I have to tell her about it now that she has seen what has been happening.")

"Earth to Antheia, hello is anyone stationed at headquarters would really appreciate an answer to my question." Mary was waving her hand Infront of my face trying to get my attention.

"Huh what, sorry what did you say booboo I wasn't listening."

" I can see that, now sit we have alot to discuss and we are not moving until I fully understand what is going on." Mary sat crossed legged on her bed patting the spot next to her.

I crawled up onto the bed to where her hand was I sat down and also crossed my legs so I was facing her. " Ok what do you want to talk about." I asked in a really innocent voice trying to act stupid.

"Really? You are going to try and act stupid to get out of this? Come on Antheia that isn't going to work and you know it please tell me what is going on with you and Anderson."

"Ok ok I will tell you what has been going on but you have to promise me something before I say anything more about the matter."

"Fine what is the promise?"

"You can not get involved and let me deal with this myself no matter what..."

"Nope not happening.... I can't promise such a thing you are my best friend I don't want you to deal with anything by yourself."

"I know but I don't want you to get involved with Anderson you know how dangerous he can be."

"Exactly that's why I'm not letting you deal with him by yourself, I fucking refuse to sit back and watch something like what happened today happen again. You are not alone in this I am here with you Antheia I want you to lean on me more than what you do already."

"I just want you to be safe and not have to worry about him hurting you to get to me. I couldn't live with myself knowing my best friend got hurt because of me."

"I know but it's the same for me I don't want to stand by and just watch from the sidelines. So we are both going to deal with this together, if we avoid him and stay close to each other he won't have a chance to strike again. This way we both get what we want and no one is going to get hurt what do you say booboo.?"

"Their is no chance I'm changing your mind is there."

"Hahahaha you are a funny bitch aren't you, now that is organised start from the beginning please. I want you to tell me everything."
