Chapter 20

Leo's POV

The past few days have been going unbearably slow I find myself looking at the door way in homeroom waiting to see Antheia. I wait and wait but just like the last two days the rest of the class enters and the bell rings starting the school day. I am going insane not having her around I miss her taste, her smell, her smile and her presence. I have decided that I will not have anyone else other than Antheia she has ruined the way other females taste to me, no one can compare to her if I don't eat something soon my demonic side will take over. I don't want her to fear me the last time I saw her and how scared and angry she was I never want to see that expression on her face again. I watch the clock slowly tick making every second last at least a minute I listen to some of the conversations that are going on around me until I hear Antheias name pop up. It was a group of girls on there phones talking about how they had seen Antheia and a friend driving in the direction of downtown. I walk up to the group of girls to ask them a little more about Antheia and where it looked like she was going.

"Hey where did it look like Antheia was going.?"

"Huh why do you care where she is Leo I thought you hated that hippo."

I gripped my hand into a fist trying not to lose my shit at this tramp.

"She just owes me and she hasn't been coming to school so I thought I would just go and get it."

"Oh ok well it looked like she was on her way to the shopping centre downtown."

"Ok cool thanks."

I walk out of homeroom when the bell rings heading straight for the car park it was like my body had a mind of its own. I need to feel the warmth of her skin underneath my hands to feel her curves to trace them with my hungry eye's nothing is going to stop me from finding her. I jog into the shopping centre starting my own little search party I smell the air hoping to catch even the slightest hint of scent. I jog from store to store until finally her mouth watering scent filled my nose I followed it until I get to the food court. The overpowering smell of different types of food cooking hits me and I lose her scent, I take a few deep breaths but it was no use.

I scan the food court with my eyes hoping to see her but I couldnt see her at all. If she had left I would have picked up her smell again she has to be here. I keep looking around for about 13 minutes but I knew she had probably seen me and is hiding to escape me. I remember that when I had asked for her home address at the school office they had also given me her number to contact her.

I listen to the phone ring against my ear waiting to hear the sweet sound of her voice.

"Hello"

As soon as I heard that angelic voice hit me my entire body shook with excitement and a want that I could no longer control.

"Antheia"

"I know you are in the food court. I will find you, if you don't give yourself up when I do find you, you are in big trouble."

"What do you want Leo.?" Her voice sounded full of fear and anger.

"I just want to talk about what's happened the other day and apologise to you in person." I tried to sound calm.

"I don't want your apology I just want you to stop talking to me and for all of this to go away."

"I can't do that Antheia." I slightly growled.

"Why not.?"

"I don't know but I just can't." Sounding like a frustrated child.

"That isn't an answer."

"Just let's talk face to face hurry up and come out of where you are hiding."

"No I will not. Stop trying to boss me around I'm not just some stupid bimbo that will hang off your every word."

"ANTHEIA."

I can feel the anger and excitement running through my veins she wouldn't be getting this frustrated if I wasn't so close.

"SHUT UP AND LEAVE ME ALONE."

When she yelled not only could I hear it on the phone but it echoed around the food court. I could feel my grin go from cheek to cheek because I now can see exactly where she is.

"Antheia...... Found you."

I watched as her body went stiff and she slowly turned and our eyes met and my body went into hunt mode. As soon as I went to move forward she started to run and it just excited me even more. I was soon hot on her heels as she weaved and moved in and out of people trying to lose me, but the game had just begun and I wasn't going to let it end that easily.

Antheia POV

As soon as our eyes met I instantly felt the need to run and hide, I turned and made my move I started to sprint through and around people trying to lose him. I realised that I had ran and left Mary behind but hopefully she is making her way back to the car for a fast escape plan. I am running out of energy and fast so I need some where to hide so I can lose Leo, I look behind me and couldn't see him so I slowed down my pace and found a fire exit door. I quickly opened the door and walked up a few steps waiting to see if he followed me. A few minutes passed and I slowly make my way down the steps. A few more minutes later I open the door slightly but couldn't see him. I take a breath of relief but it was short lived when I heard a little laugh behind me.

(" Of course you didn't out run him idot he is probably one of the fittest guys in school.")

"Nice try Antheia but you are going to have to do a bit better than that if you want to lose me."

I turn and he was standing on the stairs just smiling down at me.

"What do you want Anderson I'm sick of your stupid games just be completely honest and tell me what you want."

"I want you.. you are always on my mind, underneath my skin and I can't get away from it. I don't know what you have done to me but you need to take responsibility for it."

I look over my shoulder and realised that he had gotten closer and I didn't even hear his movements.

"Take responsibility? I don't understand.?"

Leo then grabbed my chin and tilted my head softly and wrapped his other arm around my lower back and whispered into my ear.

"I will show you."
