Chapter 9: Blood Moon's witch {Part 1}

"If you're too afraid to go forward and too scared to go back, look beside you because I will always be there."

Eric's P.O.V.

Jimmy had been a bit nervous all day. It's not a surprise. Today would be his second Blood Moon Ceremony as member of the  pack after they tranfered. Soon though, it will be our naming.

Thank the alphas that Nico hadn't bothered me all day which was a surprise. He alway made sure I got shoved at least once into a locker. Today not even his little group was on school.

"Slow down!"

I screamed at Jimmy who was coming me with ful force.

"He said yes!" He said in such a high pitched voice. Then he saw the awkward glances everyone was giving.

"Ok. Now tell me. What are you talking about?" I asked almost whispering. Well at least he wasn't screaming anymore. 

"Kyle said yes that he'd go with me to the ceremony." Jimmy's eyes seem to gleem with a certain glow. He was... Jimmy was happy. He was happy. He was happy?

"That's good. Is that why you're so happy?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

Jimmy instantly blushed making him achieve that adorable look he got when he was either nervous or shy about something, or someone.

"I'm just excited, that's all." His ears turned a bright red. "Plus remember that I need a date?"

That statement made him blush harder.

"Oh yeah. Wait what are you gonna do about your father? You know he's homophobic." He looked down at the mention of his father's view of the short world  around him.

"I forgot about him." His smile disappeared.

"Look Jimmy, I'll be there with you all the way. Never be afraid to be yourself. Go with Kyle if you want." With those words he smiled again. " Face up to your father and I'm sure he will respect all that you do."

"Thanks Eric" Jimmy hugged me tightly.

"Come on you dork. Lets go get ready."

I pulled Jimmy out to his car. We were out just in time to see Kyle leave in a Maserati Grand Turismo. Now that was an awesome car. Jimmy got in the driver seat and I into the passenger seat. He hooked up his iPod.

Jimmy pulled in the driveway of his house. It was still early so we headed upstairs to his room. I sank down on his beanbag chair while Hehe plopped down on his bed.

"So what should we do while we wait"

Jimmy had his eyes closed. He moaned before sitting up.

"I don't know." His eyes looked down at his dangling feet. His previous joy was now completely gone. Until recently when he kissed me I had always thought Jimmy was straight. He never even made one single hint that he was gay. 

Well now that I know I can't judge.  I mean what I am feeling for both of them, Kyle and Jimmy, isn't exactly very straight.

"Do you want to talk about it? " I sat next to him.

"I... I" He started to stutter. I felt sorry for him. He was my best friend after all.

"It's ok Jimmy." I placed an arm around him.

He started shaking a little and thats when I noticed tears streaming down his face.

"Jimmy look at me. Everything will be ok. What ever happens tonight I will be there to protect you from anyone. ok? " I hugged him tightly. "I promise."

He eased after a few minutes of crying. He burried his face in my shoulder.

"I love you Eric."

He wiped the tears off his face. "I know I wont ever here the same but this is why I love you." Jimmy wrapped his arms around me.

Jimmy was wrong though. I am not straight. That I know because When he kissed me, I... I liked it. 

I lay there for hours. Jimmy was tapping his keyboard away. I closed my eyes and soon found myself drif... Drifting...

JIMMY' S P.O.V.

Eric had fallen asleep a while ago. I can't believe I had cried in front of him and that is why I love him. I cried and he actually took me into his arms to comfort me.

I am terrified. What if my father didn't accept me? The reason we transferred to this pack was because our Beta from our last back had accepted his mate as being a male. To be honest he didn't show much pleasure or displeasure towards it he just had us transferred.

As I read the clock I jumped to my feet to wake up Eric. It was already a quarter to 9 and the thing would start at 9:30. If I was going to pick up Kyle we would need to get ready now and start heading over.

"Hey Eric wake up." I nudged his shoulder a little bit. "Its almost time for the gathering and I still need to go pick up Kyle remember?"

Eric groaned a little before rubbing his eyes awake. He stretched and stood up in front of my full length mirror. He wiped away some of the drool.

"Ok lets get ready." He grabbed his gym bag where he had his suit in.

I left the room knowing that being in a rush he would just get undressed in front of me and I don't think I would control myself then. I went down to the kitchen. Mother dearest was there already ready with her gown and coat.

"Hey Jimmy you better get ready now so you don't get late. Don't forget you are going to pick up Ky.. I mean your date." She saw father walk in and so she just referred to Kyle as my date. Aside from Eric my mom was the only one who knew that I was gay.

"Yeah, Eric is upstairs getting ready. I just came down for a drink of water before going back up. Hey ma, don't worry about us. We will drive ourselves over. The celebration is at Eric's house after all."

"Ok, well go on now and hurry." She smiled at me knowingly.

I quickly gulped down the water and scurried up to my room again. As soon as I opened the door I was faced with a very attractive Eric fiddling with his tie. I stepped into my bathroom and changed as quickly and as organized as I could. The tie compared to Eric came easy to me.

Then I realized it was time. In a few more minutes I would be coming out to the pack and my father as well as a gay wolf. I leaned on the sink and splashed my face with cool water. Outside Eric had managed to tie in a beautiful knot his tie.

"You ready?" He eyed me. " Here dry off before we leave." he said tossing me a towel.

"Ok lets go."

I grabbed my keys and rushed out. We had less than 20 minutes to pick up Kyle and to get back to Eric's house.

I was stuck taking finals. I am a senior and I have one last week before I get cleared and I don't have to come back to high school. Well the Part to of this chapter should be posted later on today or this afternoon when I get home.
