She seems different.
And although It's something you see and hear everyday,
maybe she actually is?
Perhaps 'different'
is a love-blinded statement proclaimed by those
who have a need
for something unique.
Perhaps
it is thrown haphazardly
towards anything we want
because we have always been
taught to label,
as to never get something wrong
or mixed up.
If everyone is labeled
unique and different,
then it seems to me
that everyone is the same,
that they all have common ground. Perhaps
the word 'different'
is used as a replacement
for something
new and unknown to us.
